Hi Karen, We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

Issue with credit card. Yesterday charged my CC 4x, care supporet says you didn't charege it don't worry. My CC says yes Care.com did charge it 4x.

There are things I like about it a lot, like info I provided and the prompts to do so, and the profiles of caregivers. The process to sign up is nicely streamlined. But there are so many prompts to upgrade that it almost feels scam-y and I probably would have quit before getting an account if it wasn't for the fact that a lot of people I know have used care.com.
