Hi Susan, We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

It would be helpful if the signup pop-ups didn't come up on every page, and it would also be nice to have a "one time hire" option - use the site for 10 days to get a need addressed, pay a one-time fee, and not have to get bombarded with so many emails and "stop - you need a membership to do XYZ" pop-ups.

Its unfortunate that you cant engage with a potential nanny without the subscribing, there is not opportunity to do a trial run, even for at least a week. If that was an option, I would have likely signed up sooner. I'm only signing up because I posted the job and now would like to respond to the applicants. I did not understand that I wouldn't be able to speak with them without going premium.

When finished signing up for the subscription, take me back to the page I launched from instead of dumping me in my account overview screen. Now I have spend more time going back to try to find the person I was sending a message too.

When I went to put in my payment, your website crashed my Chrome browser so spectacularly that all my Chrome tabs/windows closed. I couldn't restart chrome without rebooting my computer.

I cannot get one human to contact me back when you made the mistake of closing my account after I paid for a subscription. I still don't have this resolved and need to contact my bank to request refund and the inconvenience set me back several days to identify a tutor for my son!
