The payment model for this is insanely expensive and I have to pay before I can even tell if any of the applicants might be appropriate. I shouldn't need a subscription to find a cleaner, I should be able to pay when I need the intros to a suitable applicant.

This company did not cancel their auto-renew as I asked, and would not fully refund my money. We found the quality of the applicants marginal, and did not use most of their referred caregivers for long.
I generally avoid companies that only do business by demanding auto-renew priviledges. Unfortunately, more and more businesses only do business in this manner. I find it annoying, and am more adamant than ever not to accept such a lousy contract going forward.

Hi Janice, We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.
