Don't know whether the Profile should be me or the person that needs the care, so this has been messed up with emails & the membership I paid for. My phone app has the incorrect email to reflect the membership I actually paid for. It has to be straightened out.

Layout seems good and profiles appear to be active. Not enough transparency up front about costs and then I am very disappointed in the nickel-and-dime attitude towards up-selling: (1) trying to add on automatic subscriptions and (2) adding extra little charge for things like job views.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone on your site all day as your advertised rates for premium membership are not what you're actually charging. I had to bite the bullet and pay for premium to even have access to talk to someone.

I submitted my payment for a monthly subscription and after 5 post-payment additional sales screens, I had to close my screen and start over to get out of the post-sales cycle. 2-3 options is fine, but 5+ is silly. Add those to the follow emails or pop-ups on future logins.

The subscription and add on features seem pricey for a site that's supposed to help parents find affordable help/childcare. I think it would be worth it to have a free trial and see what all the features are. Going through all the work of searching, posting a job, etc. before becoming a member seems asinine as all of that is pointless if you can't respond to or reach out to anyone.
