I have had very good experiences with Card Cash discounted gift cards. I only had an issue once and they took prompt care of it. I am a happy customer. Just be sure to use your card before the 45 deadline, as things do happen after that, as with ALL the discounted gift card websites. It's out of their control after that. I am retired and need to save wherever I can. Thank you

Past three perfectly legitimate gift cards were not accepted by their computer system. This means that their business is completely useless. I suggest trying someplace else.

Nothing, the gift card that had $150 on it was rejected by them.
I added my $350 hotels.com gift card to see if I could get anything back. And they took the money off without sending me any notification. They did NOT pay me, and they won't respond to my emails or anything! This website scams everybody.
Tip for consumers:
They are SCAMMERS

They stole my funds off my gift card.
Sold 4 cards I could no longer use for more money than anyone else was offering. Paypal was loaded quickly. LOVE IT!
I should have looked into the details more, before submitting anything. It does not disclose beforehand that it takes up to 2 days to payout. If I'm using PayPal (express), that's ridiculous. Any other site would have it paid out within an hour, tops. I'd be better off using the gift card. Everything is verified and I processing within 5 minutes of submission. So 2 days to payout is just ridiculous. If you're in need of quick cash, DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use cashcard if you need cash quickly. Up to 2 days using PayPal (express).. to me is ridiculous!!

Great Service... but they take for every to pay you your money. Pay outs are higher on big store cards but very low on others. I wish they were quicker.
I sent in a Sephora gift card for $30. Only to receive nothing from them after about 10 emails requesting them to send me the card. I still have not received my new Walmart card. They are horrible no customer service the number goes to a service who can't help you but send an email up the channel is what they said so basically they have stolen my $24.30. Don't use them!
Tried to use them for the first time and site automatically rejected my SELL request. So I used their support and provided additional details as requested. And without asking for more they still rejected my SELL request. This is horrible customer service as they should be working with me to figure this out.
Tip for consumers:
Bad customer service, would not recommend

I sent in two cards. They are saying they never got them. Uh huh. Kinda skeptical of that. If they end up actually paying me for them, I'll come update my review but right now... pretty sure they just got my gc for free. Only saving grace... I wasn't going to use them anyway so it's really not hurting me any. Really should have read more about them first though. Lesson learned!
When selling gift cards to them, be very wary of the offer they present you. No matter how they make it sound, it apparently is in no way an actual offer to buy your card.
I intended to sell them three gift cards. As they requested in the very first step, I entered the brand of the cards and the card values. Their automated system spit out the amount they'd pay me, which was acceptable to me. In order to proceed with the sale, I entered all three gift card numbers and access codes. They implied they would pay me within 3 days, as soon as they confirmed the card balances and verified my identity. Considering I knew the cards were legitimate and my identity verification would be clean, I also proceeded to give them my bank account and routing number so they could pay me (as they stated) as soon as those confirmations were complete.
However, two days later, after collecting all sorts of personal info (including bank account number), getting me to create an account on their site and bombarding my email with marketing offers, they informed me they would not be buying the cards from me after all. Obviously, the legitimacy of the cards was not a concern, nor was my identity or background check. They clearly just decided, after further review, that they didn't want the cards (likely because the unusually high value would make it difficult for them to sell them for a profit). However, the first step in the process was asking me the brand and value of the card. If they don't want that brand of card for that dollar value, they should just set their offer-generation model to not make an offer. Pretty simple, right? But then I guess they wouldn't have been able to harvest all my data, so I guess this does make sense for them.
Read the reviews people, I'm glad I did before listing cards for sell. It's definitely to good to be true. But you can collect free Bitcoin every hour here —-> https://freebitco.in/?r=*******
I had $1400 in gift cards to sell and o Ly got 1085, so I lost $300 in the deal, otherwise they were great to deal with. I worried about them being sketchy, but they are totally trustworthy and I got my money very fast.
I bought several giftcards. 2 of them have $0. I contacted them within the 45 days and it's been 2 weeks of back and forth "still researching". I am disputing the charge on my credit card.
Why, why, why did I think this was a good idea? I read a good handful of decent to good reviews and was pretty hopeful. Their "24-48 hour" review time, even with the added time they claimed they needed because of the holidays, will turn into days, and then, in my case, a week. Customer service is robotic and incompetent at best, and ignores you at worst. They also require a credit card that they put a hold on while they spend over a week validating your gift card balance? And yet the also have a link for YOU to check the balance? How does it take a week for them to do it then and if they verify it, why are they holding on to your credit card info? Super super sketchy. As of now I'm out $150 and doubt I'll see it again. I reported to BBB. Anyone else with this kind of experience should too. When reporting, BBB website already had this business flagged for fraudulent card issuing, refusal to comply with their own terms, numerous refund complaints, etc. I can only imagine any decent reviews for this scam are from the customer service agents because God knows they aren't getting paid to actually take the whole 8 seconds it takes to check a balance on a card and have to find something to do.
Tip for consumers:
Customers should read BBB notice before making any transactions as it states the business has a lengthy negative history of fraudulent cards and poor business practices not honoring refund times and guarantees.

Really angry right now. Been trying to sell a $25.00 Chili's gift card to them for well over an hour now. I chose to have my money put onto my Paypal account but for some weird reason i'd click confirm be taken to Paypal login then once I logged in I was redirected to their site a stupid loading circle would pop up then nothing and right back to the check out page. Then after an eternity of doing that trying to figure out what was wrong I decided to sell the Chili's gift card for an Amazon gift card instead. Click confirm and then it popped up a message saying "whoopsy you're paying with a prepaid/debit card"... and that means WHAT to me exactly? I have money on it (it's how I get paid at work my moneys directly loaded onto there every week) and that's the only card I have. No doubt in my mind that the reason they only take credit cards is so that they can charge your booty whenever tf they want. But would've been nice if they said that from the get go when I was trying to get my money through Paypal instead of wasting an eternity trying to figure out what was wrong. But after that and after seeing some of the negative reviews good riddens to be honest, i'm glad I couldn't sell to them. Sketchy af that they only accept credit cards but not debit or prepaid debit and it's sketchy af that they even need your card info to begin with- i'm SELLING something to YOU not buying something so why do you need my info again? Oh yeah to "protect" yourselves against fraud but what about our protection against you? STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and whatever you do do not give them your card info, who knows what they'll do. Huge waste of my time.-.
I've submitted about 5 gift cards now, and converted them to amazon gift cards. I've found it pretty easy and painless to do. My particular gift cards for Sephora were a fair trade. I got $25 for a $30 gift card.
I've had one successful order with them. Attempted 3. The first order was fine. I got the card right away. 2nd order was instantly cancelled with no explanation. 3rd order, a $20 Target gc, has been "under review" for hours now. This website is a huge hassle to deal with. I'm done.
I recently followed all steps in process to cash in gift cards thru cardscash only to get response that my cards cant be validated and they are mine to use / Still haven't received cards back valued at $2,200.00/ Cards are VALID so this company scammef me out of $2,200.00 / Ive contacted state attorney
Bought a guitar center gift card for $250 and it didn't have any money in it and card cash won't give me the money back. $250! Do not buy cards from here!
The app is a great idea but it promises 1/2 days thru PayPal payment. I still haven't received any payment for any of the 3 cards submitted
This company literally has people who determine the value of the gift card then some robot determines whether to accept or reject said gift card, providing no reason whatsoever as to why it was rejected. I suggest using another site.
Tip for consumers:
Customer service is also useless. Don’t bother even trying to call them.

Shipped card to card cash. Card cash Had card in hand to verify Amount & pin. Said it was a high risk and shipped back.
Despite contacting customer service as soon as I finished the purchase, they didn't accept a refund for an active and never used gift card. Very bad customer service and experience.
Over the last few months, Cardcash has made strides to launch a good app and expand their gift cards offers. However, that seems to have come at the expense of increased number of forged or fraudulent gift cards. They have a guaranteed 30 day money back policy and although Customer Service is very helpful, I have to contact them in 2 out of 3 orders because I got gift cards without funds.
