Why was Cardcash given an "F" from the Better Business Bureau and its membership actually revoked?

Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating.

A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB.

As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating.

Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.

Because they're not an honest company, perhaps.

The same thing happened to me. 0 balance when I tried to use the card which was supposed to be 200. The money was gone two days after I got the card... but unfortunately I found out after 45 days and they company refused to refund me. Very disappointed!

630 complaints according to the BBB. That is why! You cannot trust this company. I am contemplating suing them.

It's not a surprise. They are a terrible company. If you make a purchase and the gift card ends up having 0$ chances are they will claim you used it and are lying. Don't waste your time purchasing from them. I reported them to the BBB myself. Not only did I have a terrible experience but so did a friend of mine. We each made 1 purchase and 1 only. My order got canceled but they still took my money from my paypal. My friend received a gift card that had a 0$ balance that's as suppose to have $200 on it.

With all the problems against this company, why are they still in business? Why is PayPal allowing people to purchase from them? The reason for their bad rating from the BBB is that they are frauds selling fraud cards. I had the same experience as others. They did nothing but take my money and not do anything for selling me a card with no balance. They lie and somehow people buy from them.

Had several BAD experiences with CardCash purchases. They tried to give me the runaround, but I persisted and had the evidence. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers.
