Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.

I know it's difficult when your money is at stake, but try to be patient. They will give you a refund, but it will probably take about a week. The same thing happened to me. They did not respond to inquiries, but I know they read them because a refund was eventually issued. Good Luck! :)

I am sorry that I cannot help with this answer, but I did not use PayPal for my transactions. If CashCard removed a balance off a card you bought, check the website for the actual retailer to see if you can trace the activity. That is what I did, and after being persistent, CardCash finally refunded the money they stole. Report them if you can. They are not running an honest business. Good luck.

Unfortunately, I paid with a credit card. I hope you can get your problem resolved soon. I agree with the post before, CardCash, not only sells some bad cards, the "good" ones expire. Maybe they pocket the cash after 45 days! Also, when I called the representatives, they were on auto pilot with the same response. Not helpful at all. I don't buy from Card Cash anymore, my family won't and I'm trying to warn everyone about them! There are other great card companies that offer a discount and the cards never expire!
