The process was made very easy based on year and model of car. I'm thrilled with the quality of my purchase.

Ordering process was easy. Everything was great until we received the wrong car cover. Since you can't call and speak with anyone but you're redirected to email, it was nice to be able to "chat" with someone (on the website) who explained what I needed to do.
Once I emailed the warranty area (I would have thought it would be "returns/exchanges"), it took into the 2nd day to get a response - I was about to resend an email. The response was then directing someone to ensure I was sent the correct car cover - which is what I wanted.
This process seems a bit arduous and doesn't inform the customer very well as to what is happening.
We're anxious to get the car cover to see if it meets expectations - which we think it will.
