Car Cover sent me a email 'How can we serve you better?' I called and sent email to customer service that I paid $30 for the express shipping expected to get it by end of day on August 24,2020. They replied we have a contract to guarantee 1-2 day delivery, wait and see. I received the cover Monday 8/31/2020@ 02:56 PM. This was 5 days (3 business days plus 2 weekend days). I called customer service and requested refund of my extra $30 for express shipping and he said no refund for shipping and if I wanted to return the cover I would have to pay shipping again to return it, but they would credit me for the car cover. This is not what I expected, I was a first time customer. This is the reason for my POOR REVIEW. Thanks for asking.
Order for a cover placed and received, but doesn't fit despite completing website chart with year, make, model.
Felt like a fake site as emails back and forth resulted in time and time again being told it would be replaced.
Six (6) months pass with excuse after excuse, being forgotten, and oh sorry.
Stuck with a cover that does NOT fit, useless, and shipping costs to return not covered.
This cover will first go on in mid-October.Can't comment on fit or quality until then.

Ordering the cover was simple. I received the cover on the exact day I was given when I ordered it. The cover was simple to put on my car ( it took about 30 seconds) and it fit perfectly. I was expecting a generic sized cover large enough to cover my 1966 car but it fit like a glove. The elastic around the bottom of the cover went under the bumpers and fit snugly. I'll have to wait to rate it's waterproof qualities because I haven't used it outdoors with rain yet. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend CarCover to others and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one if I needed one.
