Amazon car cove

The car cover fits my car perfectly and I like the storage bag that comes with it. It keeps the dust and cat hair off the car and cover. We bought this for our son's pride and joy. He couldn't be happier.

I purchased two car covers the first order never was received. When the second order came in I want to do a return. They are not helpful at all they try to offer you bigger discounts just to keep them. I let them know the boxes we're never opened I just wanna return them. They ship from Cerritos California but yet want you to return them to New York and pay $50 a box to return them highway robbery and ridiculous. No help and do not care to help their customers.

Their Car cover ruined the Paint on Our NEW Honda CRV. They offered to send a new car cover is all for 30.00 shipping... What a Joke!. It will be a cold Day before we purchase a Car Cover from them again.

If You value your Cars Paint, I would not order a Car Cover from them either!

Great cover for anyone looking for something that is not too bulky or hard to wrap around the car. The material is not so thick meaning that it is very easy to maneuver it. It is possible to cover car without having to ask my son for any help. Very resistant material. Easy to store.

NOT CUSTOM FIT COVERS

The cover didnt come close to fitting and I bought their best one! When I showed them the 8 inch strip of car showing all the way around the bottom, they promised to replace it. Then after weeks of waiting I asked on the status and they decided not to replace it. Not even to notify me they werent going to replace it. Hell they didnt even offer a discount since it clearly didnt fit the car! This company sucks and so does their product! DONT BE FOOLED

I bought the CarCover Gold Shield 5L to protect my Tesla Model 3 from the sun and any inclement weather while I was away for 6 weeks this summer. The Gold Shield 5L is CarCover's top of the line cover and is meant to withstand UV and rain, according to their description.

When I returned home, the entire top surface of the cover was flaking off, and when I removed the cover from the car, there was a layer of fine dust covering the entire surface of the vehicle. The car was freshly cleaned when stored (as one must ALWAYS do prior to putting on a cover) knowing that any dust between the cover and the car can act as a fine sand-paper and ruin the pain finish. The whole purpose of the cover was to protect the car, and instead it created a scenario that was worse than not covering the car at all.

When I contacted CarCover, they offered a warranty replacement at the cost of $30 shipping, no refund available. When I indicated that it was clearly a faulty cover, they indicated that the cover will "break down when exposed to the elements" and "hopefully the next one will last longer". The customer rep on the phone ("Mike") was quite rude. C'mon man.

Anyhow, don't bother with CarCover - spend a few more dollars and get something that will actually withstand a few weeks in the sun.

I ordered a cover via phone and never received a confirmation
So a week later I ordered AGAIN on line and received 2 days later
Low and behold my first order came 2 weeks later
I asked to return one over (unopened) and they want to charge me return shipping.
Absolutely ridiculous!
The poorest customer service company!

Lifetime warranty isn't much of a warranty.

My RV cover lasted 4 months.

They want $95 to ship a (free) replacement!

Be very aware of this company! Before I placed my order, I used the chat feature to ensure if I paid the additional $25.00 for express shipping i would receive by Friday. (order placed on Wednesday) and I was told yes it would be delivered Friday. Thursday I get an email saying it will be delivered on Monday. Went back online to chat feature and was told to call Issac in the morning for a refund of the $25.00. I did just that only to discover that Issac is a rude jerk. He argued with me and told me that he would refund $10.00 only. I told him not to refund me anything and upon delivery of cover I would just send back for a full refund. Then and only then did this jerk say he would refund the $25.00. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

Not Happy / Delivery Days Are Too Long!

I'm contacted you regarding delivery of my order. Apparently UPS will not be delivering my order today as promised on the website 2 days ago and now has been changed to a delivery date of this coming Friday.
After speaking to a UPS supervisor this morning the trailer that my package is in sent from you may still be in Texas which in reality real time after all said and done we will be looking at a delivery date either Saturday or Monday. "NOT REALLY ON FRIDAY"
Totally disappointed, I look forward to a Manager or Supervisor that will contact me about this problem.
Let's see how this is handled, I will update

I purchased a car cover through carcover.com roughly a year and a half ago. I opted to go with this company as it had decent reviews, a good price, and a "lifetime warranty." That all seemed great at the time of purchase, but has since turned into a nightmare. From the original ship date, they sent me the wrong car cover and made me send multiple emails, pictures and proof that it didn't fit…under their "perfect fit guarantee" thankfully they finally sent the right one… the next one fit properly, but less than a year after having it, the cover is torn, faded, disintegrated and rendered useless from elements. Less than 1 year! I went again to their warranty department where I had to send pictures and prove it was defective. All to find out they don't cover the $30 shipping for warranty items. Their product failed, has a "lifetime warranty" but I have to continue to pay every time it fails. Also, read the terms and conditions page where the "lifetime warranty" ONLY COVERS 3 REPLACEMENTS PER CAR COVER.

The customer service experience on the phone was such a hassle and lacked empathy and a true customer service mentality. They kept repeating the policy and Issac, the supervisor raised his voice at me. Mike, the next manager was able to not yell at me, but did no more than the entry level call rep in explaining the policy. I spent 45 minutes on the phone and got no where.

IF YOURE LOOKING TO ORDER A CAR COVER, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE!

It's not often that a website lives up to its claims of hassle free, and product excellence, so it's a nice experience when that all comes together. I purchased the Gold Shield 5L for my Toyota Tacoma 2014 Access Cab, 6ft Bed. Although the cover does not have the drape shown on the website images, it fits very well, with space to spare (accommodating), it's durable (Very well up to the desert sun and wind), and very easy to single handedly cover the vehicle: in a 120 degrees, I'll cover my truck in a parking lot to keep the sun off it. Car Cover Service was excellent and product is excellent--I'll come back.

Bait and Switch

Terrible experience.
Purchased a 'Premium Edition' cover for a motorcycle. The webpage advertised a 7 layer, all-weather cover with a cable and lock. Paid over $100. What arrived was a cheap version Ultraguard 4-443bc cover that averages $45.00 on Google, $26.00 on eBay. Requested a refund and return authorization. They told me the cover sent was what I purchased and it would fit my bike. Totally missed the issue of quality and that they diddn't sent what was advertised. They assured me it would be 2-3 day to get the shipping label. Ten days later, still no refund or shipping label.

My car cover

It is cumbersome to unlatch the engine compartment hatch in order to place the retainers under the front edge. It would be more convenient to attach the rear of the cover with non-marring hooks in the louvers on the engine hatch.

The "Life Time Warranty" is only ONE replacement
I purchased a 22' RV cover that disintegrated in less than 6 months and was asked to pay nearly $100 to have a replacement shipped. The second one lasted only 8 months.
DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY

Product failed within two weeks of purchase, causing damage to my vehicle. Company will not discuss the problem and requires everything relating to a refund to be on email accepting no phone calls.
