Ive had many car covers in the past and many would slide off when putting it on and would require multiple people helping you out. I am surprised how easy you can put on this cover without having anyone helping you. Doesnt slide off. Easy to pack/unpack. Plus, protects the car. Nice!
Ordered a car cover had a problem with the shipping apparently The Courier did something wrong car cover.com analyze the situation and sent me a full replacement in a timely Manor my hat off to their RMA Department would not hesitate to order more products from them love their product thank you again
I am a person who doesn't like to see the car dirty. Due to the fact that I park the car outside all year around, I often find myself washing it 3 times a week. After looking online, I found this cover and man I have to say that it is absolutely perfect. It keeps the car 100% clean and offers great protection of the paint. (I got the Goldshield 5K). Amazing product!
My car cover had a defect and I emailed CarAutoCovers with pictures and info on the defect. They responded within a day and are sending me a new cover and told me to keep the old one. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I certainly will call on them when I need another cover.

I purchased a car cover for my daughter car for Christmas. Reboxed and it and called in January to return because it did not fit. I was told I had to put it back on the car and take pictures of it. I did and emailed it to the email address provided. IT was returned, they gave me more emails all returned as non working emails. I called again, the man was rude and would not help me until I demanded service and told me I would have to pay them $30 to return the wrong car cover they sent. I refused and they sent me another carcover the same one as before. I spent 6 months trying to work this out. The last call was with a foreign speaking individual who claimed to own the company. He would not even let me tell the story, he said he did not care and hung up on me. Do not buy from this company
WOW! I received my cover within 2 days in Montréal, Canada. Great quality. Perfect fit (front & rear elastics) + (front & rear adjustable straps). Excellent after sale service.

The car cover. Looks nice, fits nice and the service of Carcover.com is very good. If you are hesitant about anything contact them and Im sure theyll help you out. The warranty they offer on the cover is also quite nice.
This cover fits GREAT! Material seems to be high standard for the money, seems to bead off rain as expected. Only area of concern is only one middle gromit per side, have high winds and the rear tends to bunch up on bumper, with three per side (front, middle, rear) to bunchy to would be perfect.
I delayed, delayed, delayed in ordering a cover for my '52 Caddy. I feel like such a dork. The cover provides protection and fits beautifully while making covering/uncovering a snap.
The cover is very easy to put up. It is easy to install; no need for many people to install it. They issued me a new one after my first one teared up after a year when my son was installing it. They shipped me the new one quickly and didn't request to send the old one in. A++
I just let it go but if it matters to you either stay all over your order of buy else where. There really is no excuse for this.
Bought a car cover for $144.99 didn't like it when it came. Didn't even put it on my car. Took it out of the box, looked at it and decided this wasn't for me. They have 2 options in returning the product. First option is they give you back 50% of your money if your not happy with the product and you get to keep the product. The second option is full refund mailing it back by uspo, not ups. You have to give them the tracking number and if you don't, they won't accept it. Plus YOU have to pay for the shipping back which is costly. I called "David" the so called General Manager and not only was he a rude a**hole about me returning it, he hung up on me! Has anyone reported this bogus company to the BBB? So I have to come up with an extra $50 or so to return this item to them. I better get my $144.99 back when they get their crap back. Plus. Where are these people from with their foreign accents? Not a racist comment whatsoever, but this "David" was ruthless, so rude and disgusting.
The Noah performed very poorly as an outdoor cover, whereas the Weathershild is superb. This cover replaced an older one which was made with the Noah fabric. The Weathershield HP is so much better than the Noah fabric - it isn't even close!
Their ad for a 1930s Chevy pick up cover shows a photo of a very contoured cover. It's the exact shape of an old pick up, BUT, when you order that cover you will get one that is not at all like what's in the ad. Yup, complain all you want... they don't give their names on emails and will tell you that the cover you got is the right one. They will not explain why your cover looks like a bubble and the one in the ad looks like a pick up is under it. False advertising! Big problem to return it, but when you do get an "RMA", which usually means they pay the return shipping... NOPE... YOU pay the shipping. You have been warned.
I purchased a car cover for carautocovers.com and it didn't fit my vehicle. The cover doesn't cover the bottom 6" of the front or the back of the vehicle. I contacted support and sent pictures hoping to exchange the cover for one that fit my vehicle better. After a few days I got a response saying "the cover does fit the car" and "it is not a custom fit cover". I then asked for an RMA to return the cover and haven't heard back. Now they aren't responding to my emails. Carautocovers.com is definitely not worth the brain damage
Bad, poor Custumer service, they ingnore you, they won't return your item, that are poor quality, that are not professional, please stay away their are a lot more professional companies out there! Their Sales are not worth it!' Scam! Scam!
Easy to order. I thought it would be more custom ie fit better, mirror pockets etc. It's way thinner than I expected for an outdoor cover.
