I just received the 6 12x16" canvases that I ordered. Shipping was reasonable and I am so pleased with the quality and crispness of the pictures. They are beautiful! I used a Groupon and feel that the price to ship was reasonable, although I could only do 2 at a time so had to pay shipping 3x. Overall, very pleased with this company and the final product. Haven't hung them yet but included a picture of them anyhow.
I was happy with this order other than it seemed that the canvas on one picture was thinner, so at the corners the frame showed through. The color was better than my last order, so I was very happy with the color quality. My previous order was a little washed out in color. I would like the option to have a dust cover and the hardware added at additional cost.
Photo fleece blanket. The blanket came way after it was supposed to come. After the holidays were over. The fleece is not soft at all. Don't even use it. Very very disappointing. Ordered a second one which never came!
Loved the calendar i ordered for christmas gifts. So i ordered one for myself! It worked out pretty well. I like being able to each month on the calendar up the way that i wanted. I used my sons pictures and gave them to both grandmas for christmas and they both loved it.
Bought picture blown up on canvas from groupon from this company. Told them that the picture needed to be cropped so that the head was not cut off. They emailed me back saying sorry, they cannot. I told them I would leave a bad review. They sent me another picture saying they fixed it, head still cut off. Horrible quality. I have purchased many prints from CanvasPop, never a problem, tried CanvasOnSale and regretted it. Stay away, bad quality, and poor service.
I ordered two 16 x 20 canvases for Christmas presents. When they came in, I was not very happy because the canvas was not stretch tight over the frame. I notified CanvasOnSale and they immediately redid the pictures and sent them quickly. I am more than pleased with my purchase. I will definitely be buying more canvas in the future from CanvasOnSale.
You can capture that picture that you would love to keep forever on a beautiful canvas so you will always have it to enjoy. This company really captures your picture in a way that you never would have thought possible. I highly recommend them highly.
I absolutely love the picture of my grandson that canvas created for me. I can't wait to give it to my daughter on her birthday! I'm still waiting on a picture of my daughter, son in law, and grandson to give her too. It was a picture of them becoming a family as Luke was first born in the arms of his mom and dad. Thank you!
Don't waste your money! The print quality is inferior and so is the canvas quality. I had the same images printed through a professional lab later and the difference is astounding. I can print better quality images with my crappy old HP printer! The company should be ashamed at selling such junk services and making customers jump through hoops for refunds. Update: this company is also called Bestcanvas and CanvasDiscount. Apparently they keep changing their name because of how horrible their service is! Just look up those names. Wow wow wow! Finally pulled the trigger on printing one of my favorite photos from a hike in New Zealand. I was nervous the picture wouldn't turn out as it was taken an on iPhone camera. However, I received my order last night and couldn't be more impressed! It looks absolutely amazing! Will be ordering more soon!

I couldn't be happier with my order. One of the prints arrived damaged and I contacted customer service and they reprinted and shipped the item to me for free. The communication was very smooth and I received the replacement within a few days.

I've had two large size projects completed. Each was perfectly done to what I sent over to them for reproduction. I have been very satisfied with their quality and workmanship, and I know I will continue to use them! I highly recommend them!
I ordered five metal photos, 16 x 24, I believe. They came in a box with no protection, and nearly every corner was crumpled and the film pulling away. It took months to get a response. They needed photos, then couldn't open them, had to resend. Finally they said to destroy the bad ones and they would send the replacements. These are in others homes, as they were gifts. It was hard enough to get the photos of proof. Now I have to ask people to take their gifts off the walls, break them, and wait (however long) for new ones. Horrible customer service and response. They should send them, so I can get these right to my family, to take off the wall and replace.
I ordered a Groupon for a blanket. Hurried to get it done for Christmas but the voucher redemption code wouldn't work. I emailed and called this company repeatedly and never got an email back and could never get anyone on the phone. I have had to escalate this with Groupon ~ don't waste your money!

I had a canvas photo and a blanket done. The price was incredibly reasonable (thanks to Groupon), and the canvas photo arrived in just a few days. The blanket took longer, as it was shipped from Germany. Love both items!
Very disappointing to try and deal with this company. I placed an order and discovered an error I made using their web site. I immediately emailed them and attempted to call their number and was only hold for an eternity. Never got through and no way to lv a message. Never received a response to my email so I emailed them afain and STILL no response. Terrible terrible customer service; if there is any at all. Very sad!
