Product ordered almost 3 weeks before Mother's Day was repeatedly promised to arrive, but they always claim my order is "still in production." The only thing they have delivered in weeks are new ads wanting me to send more money for products they aren't producing currently and lies from the CSRs in the call center.
Spend your money someplace where they actually produce goods, not just ads asking for your money!

This is the second thing they have done wrong! It is completely crazy that they would print a portrait of a person, in landscape! Now I have received 7 emails asking me to cut the print with a sharp object, and send them a photo of the damaged print. Another 2 emails wanted me to take a photo of the faulty print they did. They never seem to get anything right. Use another print company, it would be much easier.
I initially had a color problem with the Sepia canvas prints I received. I reached out to customer service and was connected with Mary. Mary did everything she could to keep me satisfied with my purchase. She worked with me and we exchanged emails. She gave me options and assured me that we would find a solution. Kudos to excellent customer service. I am going to order more from you moving forward because of Mary M. A canvas specialist. Thank you, Mary and Canvas on Demand... Good customer service is hard to find.
I placed an order for Three canvases for mother's day. One for my wife another one for my mother-in-law and one for my mother. Make a long story short I received two out of the three. They had sent one of them to some unknown address in a different state. When I called to follow up they could care less. They said they would return the shipping fee which I could give two craps about. The more important thing was that I did not have the one gift for my mother. They ruined it for me. They did nothing about it to make it right. I never received it on time for Mother's Day. I will never order a single thing from them even if it was free.
I purchased a canvas like 3 months ago and I am still waiting for my item, the first time it was printed incorrectly my son had one eye. They told me they would fix it and send me a new one and I am still waiting, unbelievable will never buy from them again.
I ordered three mugs from them and they were all chipped, cracked or the picture was scratched. When i emailed them to get it reprinted NO ONE RESPONDED! I have been trying to contact them for some help via email, phone calls, Facebook, and Instagram. This has been going on since December, almost 3 months have passed and no one has been able to get back to me.
Update: Canvas on sale responded to this review and asked me to email them again. I followed their instructions and sent then an email with my order number a pictures of my product. They responded to my email with: please send us pictures. So I sent them pictures AGAIN and they have not responded. This was over a week ago
I used my Groupon with them to have my art piece put on canvas. The quality is good, but some clarity/detail was lost... so I would recommend only ordering photos placed on the canvas. The service was timely and I enjoy my canvas very much.
I always receive my canvases within a week of ordering, and they are always beautiful quality. I am using them for all of my wedding canvases and have had many people comment on how nice they are. This is the only company I will use for canvases.
Do yourself a favor and no not order from this site. We never received what we order although they took our money. Their phone number is inoperable, they do not respond to your emails and you can't track your order.
I have a number of canvas prints through out my house. I was very happy with the quality of my prints. I gave one as a present, it had literature and order forms in the box, a number of folks pick up the the information for themselves. I would recommend CanvasOnSale.
I ordered two photo mugs, but upon arrival one of the mugs was damaged (refer to attached pictures). "Fragile item" wasn't indicated on the box, and I'm extremely disappointed in the outcome. I'm giving this two-stars, because although the other mug was damaged, the other was fine and the quality of the picture was beautifully printed on the mug with no lighting issues or other errors.

It's not often that you get everything you're looking for these days. It's certainly not often that you get what you're looking for at an exceedingly good value. Then to top it off, to have all these options for products and options, and for it to be SO reasonably priced, you then get it so quickly and well packaged. I cannot stress this enough. The process was simple and easy, the price was far below what I was expecting, then to have it all produced and printed then shipped and delivered in less than a week is astounding. You can't ask for more than that. I am completely and wholeheartedly satisfied, but not only satisfied but have had my expectations far exceeded. You will not be disappointed. I almost never have nothing negative to say, I hold services to very high standards as business professional, but they did it. They not only met my expectations, but exceeded them, and I can't think of anything else to say.
My photos on canvas are so professional looking. Very good quality work. The order came in quickly and the price is fair. I have ordered multiple times. I get many compliments on my photos and have referred the company to my friends.
I attempted to order photo blankets I purchased from a Groupon. The site will not let me upload my pictures due to pixel requirements. I have tried to reach them via phone and email for over a week. I have called over 50 times and each time the auto attendant disconnects after a couple minutes. This is not a company that wants to service customers as they are UNREACHABLE.
The pictures were all I hoped they would be. All I did was attached a digital copy and they printed from that onto a canvas the size of my choosing. I had several different sizes made, and was extremely satisfied with all of them.
These canvases are beautiful and produced in a timely manner and I tracked my delivery every step of the way and was able to call my friend as soon as I got the delivery notification and she loved the gift. Such a great way to save memories instead of regular photo in a frame.
I ordered my first two canvas pictures through a groupon. I was so happy with the quality and fast shipping, I have ordered two more since. I really could not be happier. Packaged well for shipping. I hope my next two turn out as well as my first two pictures. Very happy! Thank you CanvasOnSale.
I paid for a 16x20 canvas with a frame and they won't send me the frame. Won't respond to me on email, can't get through by phone, worst company I have ever delt with! Do not buy from here! If it's wrong - you are screwed
I placed two orders. I received one and when I opened the box, it was not my order! I spent all morning trying to get someone on the phone with no success. When I finally got someone at 3:54pm, they told me my other order did not go through even though I got a confirmation email from them with a order #. They approved the order and are going to ship my actual canvas but not until they receive a pic of the canvas I received that is not mine. Very disappointed with the experience. Wont be ordering from them again
