Very poor service. Placed photo book order on Dec. 2nd for a Christmas gift. Received email on 7th that it was complete and ready to be shipped, that I should receive within a day shipping information. I never received an email so started calling over a 3 week period. The first 2 calls I was assured I would receive the book no later than Dec. 20th. The third call I was told I would receive it by Dec. 23rd. On Dec. 19th, I was told it had not left Germany yet, that they were unsure when I would receive the book and could not assure me it would be here for Christmas. At the same time, I am receiving emails daily to order more items from them guaranteeing delivery by Christmas. I have asked to speak to supervisor and was told I could only reach them by email…all requests for photo book falls on deaf ears. They do not follow through with orders and delivery in a timely manner
I received my print with a noticeable mark on the front. I called them immediately. They told me to email the issue. They have not responded if they will fix or not and it has been over a week and I have sent multiple emails. I would not order from them again because their customer service is terrible. The prints looked cheap in comparison to Canvas on Demand.
I'm a regular customer of CanvasOnSale (canvas print). We are always happy and satisfied with our canvas prints. This is my first time for metal print and we were disappointed with the result. Picture was not sharp and the quality was subpar. I wish I didn't order 5 copies. This is a graduation gift of my daughter to her friends.
After creating an account and working on my photo book project for hours. They inadvertently lost the entire thing. I got an Error message to contact Customer service. Which I have done 3 times. They have been zero help. And spit out the same info. "Please create an account for your project". Which was already done.
Over and over I have tried to resolve this with them asking for my lost project to be retrieved.
I can not work with this company they have shown me they are completely incompetent. Hours of work gone.

My recent use of this website left me with mixed feelings. I felt as though i was being scammed for photos and that the UI was exceedingly hard to read. The font choice hurt my eyes and the Artificial Intelligence consultant kept saying horrible things to me. The chess features were pretty good, but thats all this site has going for it.
I will not be using it again.
I own a photography business and tried them out. They were timely and well packaged but 4 of my 5 peices didn't have a hanger bracket on the back. They said they would send me one and would not help anymore then that. The package I purchased included it but they are not willing to help.
Do yourself a favor and either be 100% sure your order is correct or go somewhere else.
I've orders wall prints in the past. Was very satisfied. This time I ordered photo mugs. Here's how the process occurred.
-Production was very fast….a few days.
-shipped out very soon.
-Box arrived…with FRAGILE tagged all over. Delivered by FedEx.
-Upon opening it I saw a box filled with carefully Double-wrapped mugs. Packed carefully obviously.
-Two of the mugs were cracked unfortunately. But not from packing error. Obviously broken during shipping.
-I contacted Customer service.
-They immediately responded they would replace the two broken mugs.
-a day later I received shipment notice.
-two days later received replacements. This time not broken.
I am VERY satisfied with this company's great customer service protocol. Even though the broken items were not their fault, they took excellent care of my order.
I am also very happy with the product. The picture mug is very crisply and cleanly created. The photo is very clear.
I will be using them again in the future.
I purchased two 36x24 canvas prints through group-on and I had a question for customer service about doing each one together or separately and a representative got right back to me. The quality was amazing when I quickly received the finished projects! Definitely a satisfied customer...

I have ordered from Canvas On Sale multiple times and have never been let down by quality, price or fast delivery
I ordered a family picture set on a large canvas. It came out beautiful- clear facial expressions and bright colors! It was better than expected! Our order was shipped quickly too. I will definitely order again!
The order comprised one, single, large photo collage from five smaller photos. The two top pictures on the finished product had my friend's head cut off at the top. This differed from the photo that appeared on the screen when I placed the order. Also, her chin was cut off from one image at the bottom.
When I expressed dissatisfaction, customer service offered 70% off the next purchase rather than attempting to fix the issues. The finished photo is not at all fit to hang and is a complete waste of money.
I will never order again from Canvas On Sale/Canvas Discount. Therefore, the coupon is useless.
I am dissatisfied with the photo that I received and the lack of customer satisfaction.
I was told that Canvas On Sale/Canvas Discount does not check or edit the photo or photos prior to printing. Here, editing was not required. Proper positioning of the photos was. I expected the photo to look like the example provided at the time of selection.

Save your money! The quality is very poor, the whole color of it is so dark blue you can barely make out the photo, the diploma my granddaughter is holding is completely illegible, and the acrylic was scratched really bad. I have two other Groupons I have not used for these and I will not be using them. Waste of money. I could have gotten much better prints from Walgreen's do-it-yourself kiosk. Geesh.

I bought a Groupon for this. I spent an hour creating a book, only for it to disappear. Then the Groupon code said it had been used. Then, when I tried to make another book, the uploading tool for photos wouldn't work. When I called customer service, they were barely invested in helping and when I used what they told me to do, it still didn't work. There's 2 and 1/2 hours I would love back. It's not worth it. Use another company.
1 - shipping & handling twice the cost of the Groupon discounted blanket.
2 - blanket extremely thin, as one reviewer noted, more like a thick sheet.
3 - we ordered three different blankets as Christmas presents, and received fairly quickly. Two turned out okay... not great, but passable. The third I should just trash. It is covered with white spots and lines where you can tell there were loose strings and other materials in the way during the printing process. I reported, WITH PICTURES to customer service. Their reply? To ask for pictures! So I sent more pictures. Their reply? To AGAIN ask for pictures! No acknowledgement either time that I had sent them anything. After complaining in a third email that pics were sent twice already, they offered me a discount on a future purchase. Like I would but from them again when they can't even stand by their original product. Buy elsewhere... This company is awful!
We ordered a 30 X 40 canvas print for our Christmas family portrait. Absolutely awesome. Super bright colors and very sharp. More orders are in process. They have my future business as well as my family's.
Looks beautiful and can't wait to hang in my home! Once ordered it arrived in less than a week and was very nicely packaged so there were no issues with shipping damage thankfully. I will definitely be ordering again soon.
I'm an artist that needs reasonably priced pieces to resell. They do a pretty good job with my work, mind you I send them professional images that are sized, corrected, and balanced. Every so often I might get a miss but any issue has been resolved or is not that big a deal. Sometimes the shipper damages items but not their fault.
I've called 5 times. Aside from getting disconnected or being on hold 20 minutes to be connected to another 10 of dead air before being hung up on, they keep sending me a copy paste of the same deterring excuse for why I still haven't received a package that was "shipped" a month ago. Now it's still in production when I search the order status.

After following their trouble shooting steps a few times still had to send in proof of screenshots and pdf files to get the code approved. But other than that the metal frame came in well packaged and looks amazing on our wall.
Absolutely TERRIBLE! I ordered a 24 x 36 canvas and they sent one half an inch too short on each side, causing it to fall through the frame. They said they would send a replacement and did the exact same thing again. How hard is it to measure, especially when fixing an error? Frames require correct sizing, so now I have to order through someone else because they refuse to produce a 24 x 36 canvas and measure it prior to sending it to ensure quality and accuracy. They'll give me my money back, but not the correct product ordered. Terrible experience! Don't waste your time!
Answer: I CANT EVEN GET THROUGH TO NOBODY, SAYS MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED ON DEC 12TH STILL NOTHING. THEY DONT EVEN REPLY TO MY E-MAILS! SHITTY COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
