We ordered 10 canvas' on Thanksgiving weekend. They supposedly shipped but according to UPS tracking a label was created then the whole package was immediately returned to sender on 12/10. Absolutely zero communication from the company that there was an issue. Now I'm left with a paid bill, no items and too late to reorder with another company!
I am so impressed with this company. I have ordered 4 times now! The canvas picture come quickly actually more quickly than I would think. The quality is very good and I am so pleased with how they look on the wall. At first I didn't understand the mirror image for the wrapping of the photo and I should have cropped my picture. It was a blow up of a paint by number. So I ended up with nothing on the sides but I have added bamboo reeds to the sides as a frame. Now I see there are other options. My first order was just an experiment to see what it would look like. My other to photos were of sunsets tied to where I live as I am creating a collage wall. I will definitely order more and I highly recommend this company!
When I received my order (3 days late), there was extensive damage to the packaging and print. I have tried to contact them 4 times through their email address that was on the contact page. So far, zero response. I spent a lot of money and I have no print. Please respond.
I got several canvases and blankets for Christmas presents and everyone absolutely loved them! Every item fit the person perfectly. Now, most have even started ordering their own gifts for birthdays and anniversaries!
Bought a Groupon for this company which then led me to their website to pay for a shipping fee. After doing so it guaranteed my canvas would arrive prior to Christmas, today is January 15 and I haven't received any product. Tried contacting the company for help and got a super delayed unprofessional response.

Beware of this company! I bought their premium' blankets. They came to me damaged: ripped, stitched improperly, uneven cut blanket, and photo was off. I asked for a replacement, contacted customer service 4 times, no answer! Finally replied last week and told me if I wanted a quality product I should have chose a different blanket. Lol! They won't replace the blankets, and they want to me shred the 2 I bought before I get my refund. No worries, they were ruined when they got to me! No need to find my scissors. Don't waste your money with these people. Terrible customer service, terrible products, you will be furious and out of money by the time you are done with them.
It gives me joy to create a gift that puts a smile on my loved one's face. With sales and coupons, I feel like I've gotten a steal! The value is awesome, and the memory--so nicely displayed--is priceless.
Not quite what I expected, but the picture quality is cool. In mountains colors appear a bit pale. I guess it's more of the photo shot issue itself, which i didn't notice before uploading. Picture was taken with older sony camera. Next time, I must be more attentive.
And speaking about the service itself, then YES, it's pleasure dealing with canvasonsale.

I purchased 2 photo blankets with a picture of my daughter on them. I received someone elses blanket with 2 dogs on it. The blanket is super tiny and very thin! Not even worth ordering by the way. I have called multiple times with no response and no answer back on emails. They have also blocked me from commenting anything on their facebook page. I will be reporting this company. Do not order!
Took 12 days to get the canvas. Sent an email asking for an update. No response to this day. That was a month ago now. The canvas itself looks as cheap as it was. They may have great discounts, but the quality matches. They sent me an email asking me to review them. I did. Was told I'd be contacted to fix my dissatisfaction. That was two weeks ago. Still haven't heard anything. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They just want your money and could care less what happens after they get it!
I placed 3 canvas orders and received confirmation that they were ready on December 8. But you have not shipped them yet! Why? I have emailed customer service already per your instructions and have received no response. So now I need to complain in a review.
I had no problem using your software program, from importing pictures to best positioning of pictures. I was So Blown away by the ease of the entire transaction, from the start, to the most rapid delivery. My finished Family portrait was just Gorgeous. I am now a returning customer, and am so pleased with this particular canvas, and all my projects.
I ordered 2 photo blankets and only 1 arrived. Tried to call Customer Service via phone multiple times and get an automated message saying they are busy and to send an email which will be answered in 24 hours. I have sent 3 emails since Monday and no response. I continuously call at different times of the day and cannot get in touch with anyone. I understand that they may be busy because of the holiday season, but being unable to get in touch with a human or get a response on 3 emails in unacceptable. I will never order from them again. VERY UNHAPPY!
We ordered three items. Two canvases and a photo blanket. We were double charged for the shipping of one of the canvases and the blanket still has not shown. No tracking available on the blanket order. It's impossible to get in touch with this company by phone or email. They claim to have online support but that does not exist. I would stay away from this company.
I can't believe how quickly these shipped, I ordered them late on a Saturday night, if not Sunday morning, and by Sunday I received a shipping notification, and they arrived as scheduled. They look great, and once they're hanging they will be perfect, although the edges could have been finished a little more clean, but for the price it was worth it. Next time I will upgrade to the thicker frame for the canvas, the default one seems a little flimsy.

I titled this review "Impressive" because that's the word my son-in-law used when I presented this 3-photo canvas grouping to my grandson. The order arrived within just a couple days and are very good quality! Highly recommend!
I ordered online through Groupon voucher, the site advertises that you can track your packages, however when l attempted to check the status of my shipment, it stated my package was unable to be tracked due to it being shipped post service, which is contrary to what was advertised. Advertised that ups would ship. I have tried to call, the number was inoperable, I emailed with no response. Scam!
We ordered multiple metal prints in various sizes expecting high quality for the price and vibrant imaging because that's what metal prints are supposed to be. What we received was a dull picture on the thinnest sheet of metal (can't really tell its metal). I am very unsatisfied with this product and wish that I saw the quality before I ordered everything I wanted. I wasted so much money and will never use this website again.
