We like these canvas prints. We have four now. They look just as we expected. There's something appealing about the canvas print that just isn't there in a glossy photo print. The canvas prints are sharp in detail, rich in color, lightweight, easy to hang. I think they look more permanent, more timeless than a glossy photo. They arrive in just a few days. We like the no-frame look with the mirror edge it's stark and simple, making the image the hero. The "mirror" edge looks as though the canvas photo were wrapped around the edge, but it's actually just a mirror image of the 3/4" edge of the photo that is wrapped. These are fine prints, and we are happy.

Emailed me saying item would be late... I must contact them NOW with a phone number where I could be reached TODAY. OK, I emailed back... for 3 days... and finally tried to call them on day 4... on "Hold" for 15 minutes and finally a recorded message said they were extremely busy so call back at another time? It was suppose to be a Mothers Day gift for my 92 year old Mother and was SUPPOSE to arrive on May 8th... 10 days AFTER Mothers day and Still no response! I am done. They have lost me as a customer.

I've placed a few orders for their neoprene masks. Each order comes printed differently and the material is different each time. They claim the masks are printed in America and you're supporting American works, but two of my orders came from Germany. However, those two orders were the best. The American printed orders have off colors and the material is not neoprene (maybe lycra). When I've contacted customer service it takes a week to even get them to reprint the order. Not receive a reprint, but to start the reprint.

I got a groupon for a canvas from this site. I had never used in the past. I was not sure of the quality. When I got it in the mail, it looked great. It was great quality and I noticed on their website they are not badly priced.

I gave a 4/5 stars because I had a small hiccup with the charging, apparently they are an international company and I got charged a fee by my bank. It was a very, very small fee, but it was never mentioned when I purchased. I told my bank, they said you have to contact the company. When I contacted CanvasOnSale, they said it was the bank. However, they were quick in getting me the refund and apologized.

I ordered four 8 x 12" canvases of photos taken on a recent vacation. Although in general the colors of images on canvas aren't as vibrant as on glossy paper, I love this new way of displaying my photographs! The images were a good fit for the size canvas I ordered. Ordering the canvases couldn't have been simpler. Each arrived, packaged separately, within 2-3 days of uploading my photos. The price did not include what is needed to hang the canvases and one needed to pay extra for the hardware. And the shipping fee for each canvas was approximately $10, which seemed a bit high for the size of the canvases I ordered. Although I didn't choose how I wanted to edges to look, they were covered by my image, so no need for framing! Overall, I am very pleased with this product.

I never wrote a negative review for anything before but I am taking an effort to make others know. I placed an order for a large metal print. On the description it said that they will print directly on the metal (aluminum sheet). When I received the product, it was not according to the description because it was not printed on the metal rather it was printed on a sheet and pasted on the metal. The print quality is very poor and the colors are faded. All four corners were bent and the sheet pasted on it was already peeling off. I contacted them to return it and they said that I have to destroy it and send them a picture. I was not comfortable to do that because it is my son's picture. So, I requested them to send me a return label so that I can mail it back to you. They said they will not do that. I think this people are really cheaters and trying to take our money. I would never recommend this to anyone.

I purchased a photo "blanket" through groupon. I thought it would be more of a heavier material like other fleece throw blankets are. When I opened the package today I was shocked that it was nothing but a thin piece of material (1 layer only). I payed $103 for a piece of printed material! It was for a Christmas gift and I am pretty dissapointed and would be embarrassed to give this for a gift. Thinking of sending it back for a refund.

Perhaps I missed something in the description, but I thought the canvas I bought (three HUGE pieces of the Boston skyline as a birthday gift for my husband, who is from there) would come already stretched/attached to a wooden frame. They arrived rolled up, and when I unrolled them there are bumps all over the pictures. I'm not sure if this is normal and will go away if I take it to a frame shop to have them stretch and mount the three canvases... but if I would have known they would arrive this way, I never would have bought them.

I ordered a canvas of a picture. The canvas is fine and looks nice. However the canvas was wrapped only once is paper. The box it shipped in was flimsy and beat up. I also ordered hanging kit and all the parts were loose in the box. I was lucky that I opened in the kitchen as all the little screws and such landed on the floor. I had a Discount on this but I probably wont order from you again. I would have bern highly upset if I had paid full price.
