After a good deal of searching to decide where to attempt metal prints for my photography, I finally decided on CanvasChamp due to what appeared to be appropriately high customer satisfaction. My order arrived with one print having spots in the print that weren't part of the original image, and all three metal prints having corner damage to some degree due to inadequate packing. I was able to reach CanvasChamp support online, who offered to give me 20% off or reprint the order. Since all three metal prints were useless, I opted to let them try again.
The 2nd attempt was worse than the first, and for the same reason. Both sets of images were shipped from India. I take no exception to the long ship time, but neither set of images had any corner protection which resulted in damage in the long journey both times. While they might be able to print a satisfactory image, this company is unable to pack media appropriately for the overseas journey. I'd steer clear. It wasn't worth the hassle to attempt to use a distant printer, even at the budget price, since CanvasChamp went 0/6 on getting the prints to me undamaged. I'd recommend CanvasChamp consider adding intentional foam corner protection to their shipping strategy rather than hoping a couple of flimsy composite boards hold up to an overseas trip with FedEx to save themselves some money on (pointless) re-prints, as well as likely maintaining satisfied customers. Not a single metal print was usable out of the original set of three, nor the replacement order of three. Perhaps you'd have better luck if you were in Asia or Europe and the journey weren't so arduous, but I wouldn't risk it!

I bought 4 different products trying to check accuracy and quality before ordering more because I'm not able to print larger than 13x26" at home. Each product was 12x24" so that I could compare to my home printer (Canon pixma pro 100 & Canon pro luster paper). Image proof of my grievances are attached.
First the canvas, the stretching was awful. It has exposed-wood corners from someone cutting off too much material, it has bumps under the surface from debris and frame damage, the image wraps excessively over the edge a 1/4", the canvas is *over* stretched compensating for the black edges that were printed too small, making the edges wavy and uneven exposing the white excess from the back. The only good thing was the color was accurate, not over saturated.
The print papers I tried were Poster gloss, Photo Gloss, and Photo Luster. There was no discernible difference between the gloss prints. Every single one of these were scuffed, dented, had vertical lines running through, had tac on the surface, crumpled along the bottom edge, and were **way** over saturated. You Are A *PRINT COMPANY*! WHY are your treating your paper like this!?
My yellow-orange sunset was red, the white stars and grey moon were blue... and how was it grainy? Is the company lowering DPI to save ink or something? Complete garbage, nothing can save these prints. I sent a high quality file, my test prints at home are sharp & color accurate.
All this from a professionally scanned and color-corrected image of an 18x36" painting. These prints were 12x24", a fraction of the size... the images SHOULD NOT be GRAINY.
The prints came from India, they took a couple weeks to arrive and were delayed by "signature required" FedEx. The package was in good condition.
I wanted larger prints, but I'm extremely disappointed.
I want my money back.
There is NO WAY I could use any of the products they sent, not even as a free give-away. I have used this company in the past for gallery wrapped photo canvases. Extremely disappointed.

I spent over $400 with this company and made two purchases. The first order arrived damaged and I called immediately because time was of essence. I was told to send an email and provide pictures. I did just that! Then I was told to send a video because they claimed they didn't see damage. I did that! Didn't hear back for a few days so I called again. They said they responded. That they did! They said they didn't see any damage after I sent pics and video. Meanwhile it was very clear the face of the person in the canvas was damaged!.I then sent pics of the proof and the damaged Pic to that same email. No response so I called again. Then I received an email from them stating that I need to stop sending emails! I called again and my tone at this point told them I was pissed! Shortly after I received an email from them talking about how they value their customers and now I can get a replacement so I called and was told the canvas would be mailed with the second order. Ummm that order arrived and there was no picture! At this point it's already been over a month since I placed my order.
So I called once again. I said that since they say calls are recorded they should be able to find the person who told me the picture would be sent out with my second order. There was no apology no accommodation and I'm promised the canvas would be sent.
It took over 6 weeks to receive my canvas!
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I HAVE SPREAD THE WORD TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
Answer: I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.
