All the products I ordered arrived exactly as I expected or, in the cases of wrapped canvas prints, much better. Had slight issue with Fedex tracking not being accurate but CanvasChamp Customer Service was extremely helpful, and product arrived on time. Very satisfied and will order again certainly!
This order was supposed to have arrived at the end of August and I didn't receive it until the middle of September. Please be honest and upfront with your production and delivery! When my 24" pillow of my dog arrived for my daughter, I found it incredible that it was stuffed into a very small square box practically bursting at the seams! Very disappointed with the shipping and delivery - the product was ok. Probably wouldn't order again because there is no guarantee that I would get my item on time.

I ordered 2 prints 15 days ago. They said I would receive the order in 10 days despite advertising shipping in 24 hours. My order still shows in production and customer service has been of no help the 3 times I have contacted them and they do not speak English.

The custom made light switch plate is just a thin flat piece of acrylic with the holes drilled in the wrong spots. It is completely useless as a switch plate and they will not respond to emails. Would never do business with them again

I have just recently received an order of about 70 prints. They didn't ship when they said they would. They arrived late. The promised compensation but I didn't get any. Now that I finally revived the order the products are all deformed & damaged. Their response? 20% money back or itemize each print with photos and description damage with items numbers to possibly get a reprint. It will take up to 30 emails just to be able to accommodate the size of the photos in emails. Horrible! I regret ever using them! Will NEVER again! Waste of money!

The packaging was off and one of my prints have a huge fold (dent). Disappointed as I am trying to support my work and now I have to delay the showing of the prints. No QUality inspection before sending it away.

I made this print as a guestbook/baby shower keepsake. People put their finger prints on in green ink to make the leaves of the tree and then signed their names. The mama to be loved the idea and will hang it in the baby's room.

The process to order was quick and easy, although it will take 24 hrs for them to reply with last approval, however the order was quickly processed but I was supposed to receive my shipment on 8/25, today is the 24th and shipment still in India, when I call customer service the gentleman wouldn't give me details on new ETA, he just keep repeating "it's been expedited but we don't know when will arrive" if they had a better communication I will give a 5 star but the lack of information and delay doesn't allowed me to be a happy customer.

I ordered a large canvas print (30x47) and the first one I got back was dark and the colors were flat and muted. That's not the worst part. It also had a large bump in the canvas, light streaks and wrinkles. They did offer to do a free reprint or give me a 20% refund, which was basically worthless to me. I opted for the free reprint. I just got it back and the colors were the same and there were large wrinkles on the left side of the print. I just sent them an email to see what my options are but noted I was not interested in another print. If just seems they're not to good with large canvas prints.

I have ordered items from this company twice and have had bad experiences both times. The first time was over 3 years ago. I ordered canvases for a paint and sip event and paid for express shipping. The order was completely done and shipped, and then it was stuck in India for a week! Just sitting. I had to call them over 10 times to get the item to move. The items did end up coming THE MORNING OF THE EVENT. I had already began drawing up canvases for the event myself since I wasn't convinced the canvases would arrive in time. They were supposed to be here 2 weeks before. Awful experience. So this time around, it's been a few years and I was hoping they had made some significant upgrades to their service, but I am once again not satisfied with the customer service. I ordered canvases again for another event and had to approve proofs before they can be shipped. The first proofs were available within a couple hours of ordering. But one of the images was completely off center and too large for the canvas. I requested it to be placed back the way they were when I submitted them on the website and have had to call 3 times already to get them to fix the picture and send another proof. The last time I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me that the supervisor is sick so he's on LEAVE! How do you run an entire company with no one being in charge of making sure things get done? I FINALLY got the proof after a couple days so now I'm just waiting to see if they'll actually get it to me in time this time. I have paid for express shipping YET AGAIN so we'll see if they actually send it. Either way, I'm done with this company. The canvases are cheap but the stress is not worth it at all.

Stay away from this website! I should have ordered from Google Photos or FreePrints, but liked that CanvasChamp offered smaller prints (3x5 is what I believe I ordered). They were fairly inexpensive, so I ordered several dozen photos.
Firstly, the packaging was so strange. I had to sign for my package (they're photos not a diamond ring!) and it came with about 16 layers of film on it. No box or anything, just film. Because there was no box, my photos came bent. So those 16 layers didn't protect my photos from damage.
After I spent an hour trying to get all the film off, I opened my photos and saw that all 35 of them had a red border around them. At least half an inch thick. Uhhhh...I don't think I asked for my photos to come with a red border? Now they're all super ugly, and I have to spend another hour cutting the border off all of them.
So yeah. I'll never be using this company ever again. Go with Google Photos or another trusted printing source.

I dont know what is wrong with the adhesive, but ever since I put them them I have at least one fall down each week. It has gotten to the point where I gave up putting them up and just going to spend my money elsewhere.

I ordered a 47x30 canvas print from Canvas Champ and received my order today ahead of deliver schedule. But to my disappointment there was a nice size bump or dent in the print along with some weird white stripes all in the same area of the print. The colors were also really dark and flat. I sent them an email letting them know so now I'm waiting for a reply. The email was just sent today so I'll see how long it takes for them to reply. All in all I'm very disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for.

If you're caring about the quality of acrylic print. Please dont try canvaschamp. They're really dont know how to handle acrylic print correctly. Their prints came out all scratches, oil finger prints, and the color look too saturated, noise and low sharpness. Im wedding photographer i used shutterfly and always happy with their quality but because i saw a canvaschamp promotion popup and i order about $500 worth of acrylic prints. But I couldnt use any of them. They're all terrible quality compare to my photo. I also ordered proof inspection by professional by them. All they do is put 4 red dots on my photos to demonstrate where the screws are :)) ) that's a hilarious. If someone willing to pay for the proof please make sure to double check their prints. Because they're really care about it not just put 4 red dots on the photo. If you're not seeing prints every week like me you might not see it's not big of a deal. But for professional work, please put your money somewhere else.

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!

Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
