It has been a year since I started purchasing pet products from CanadaPetCare. The great thing is I have always been happy with the products as they are as described on the website. Once there was a delay in receiving one of my orders. I called their customer representatives who immediately responded and located the shipment. The prices of the products are extremely competitive. These guys are doing an amazing job and I hope that they continue doing great job in future!

I am amazed to see such low prices on branded pet products. The great thing is that my pet budget has been reduced to 60% once I started buying products from this company. The other great thing is that these are branded products that usually cost a fortune, but this online shopping destination has the most cost-effective pricing policy and I cannot complain much. Rather, I am enjoying every bit of shopping from this company. I just hope that there are other online stores in our country that follow the service pattern followed by this company.

Just joined and then talked to chat about placing an order for my 3 dogs. I was told they don't ship to Canada. Huh...I thought the site was called CanadaPetCare? Why not state that at the beginning of your site and stop wasting people's time?

This is not a Canadian company. My order shipped from overseas in the UK somewhere and took over 3 weeks to arrive.
They are misleading with their name and make no effort to educate customers on where items ship from or where they are based.
Beware and research before you purchase.

Not in Canada. Package was received from Singapore, and went straight into the trash. Not risking giving my dog counterfeit products. Very disappointed in this company blatantly deceiving the public on their location.

Although they followed up with me on my order and sent/received it fast, I had ordered Revolution Plus and I received StrongHold Plus. A week after applying it, my cats still have fleas and most of all ear mites. There was a note in the package saying that because of a shortage of Revolution, they sent this one instead which was made by the same lab. I wish they has asked me before charging me if I wanted to pursue my order or not. I won't order again.
I had tested Revolution before and that's why I wanted it.

Ordered pet meds on November 24, but they never showed up. The tracking number given does not show in USPS. I contacted the company and asked for a refund. They agreed to refund my money because it was more than 21 business days, but the refund has not made it onto my credit card. This company is not based in Canada. They told me they were shipping from the UK. I don't have any problem with shipping from the UK, but I don't like that the website is misleading and falsely suggests that they are based in Canada. On a positive note, they have responded to each of my emails. I can live with it if I get my refund, but I'm a little frustrated that it is taking such a long time. I would've taken advantage of a black Friday deal with another company if I I knew my meds were either not shipped or gone missing. Hopefully I will not need to open a credit card dispute. It is now over a month since I ordered.

Been fighting with them for a week. Supposed to have shipped 10 days ago, but here we are, still waiting on it to ship. Poor customer service, lots of excuses. Avoid this company. They'll take your money for sure, but won't send your stuff. Legal action to follow.

I ordered flea mess from this company, which promises "fast shipping". When you read the fine print, fast shipping is between 14 and 21 BUSINESS days, and the mess were shipped from Russia. I wondered how all the reviews seemed so positive, so I went back and discovered that every positive review included the name " Canada pet care" in the title of the review... Who does that? Each five star review appears fake... " Canada pet care guards my dogs heart"? Only the negative reviews appear to be real people. I'm embarrassed to have been taken in by it... don't do the same.

I have contacted them several times over the past two months that I have been waiting for my order. I no longer believe that it will arrive and I now believe that this is either a total scam website or they are the world's most incompetent company. I would like for them to refund my purchase if they have no intention of delivering the products I paid for. Incredibly disappointed and will never place another order here.

I purchased a years' worth of revolution for my dog and they sent 6 months instead. I emailed them four times and they ignored every email for a month. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank. I guess it seems like a good deal until you get half of your order. Then you're paying double. I would have been very understanding if they would have replied and explained it was an error on their part and that they'd send the other half, but they simply ignored me. Will never order from them again.

Ordered Frontline and Heart Guard and it took over a month to get it. Their website states if the product is not delivered within 21 days you get a full refund (no fine print, no asterisks). So they refunded me at first, but then after I received the product well after the 21 days. I got a message from them saying I had to return the product or be charged in full for it. When I called them back and brought up the guarantee on the website they just wanted to argue and were saying that's not how it works and since I received the product I have to pay for it in full. They ended up charging me again for the products without my authorization. I filed a dispute with my credit card company which was resolved in my favor because Canada Pet Care never responded. But they keep calling me and harassing me about it with no end in sight. I would strongly caution anyone from doing business with them!

It is a scam, beware. A website with "Canada" in the name, which only takes payment in USD, advertises free shipping but has mandatory PAID tracking to Canada, and then at the last step of checkout informs you "Sorry, We are currently unable to ship to Canada!" -- then what exactly is the point of this store?

Took my money but still waiting for the product.They promised shipment between 7-14 days. Called Canadapetcare 16 days later, I was asked to wait another week. That week came, no products, was asked to wait another week, still no results. I canceled the order asked for a reference # said they would email it. Guess what? No response and no confirmation #. No communication since. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
