Tried to order flea and tick meds for my dog. When I hit confirm order it was processing but then failed. They still took the money from my account but claim that I don't have an order from them. I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my bank. Don't recommend this company.

Ordered 12 doses of Revolution and received 12 doses of the less expensive Stronghold without being asked in advance. Their website doesn't even offer Stronghold as an option to purchase so why is it being substituted for Revolution? When I called, I was offered a $10 credit but the difference between the 2 products is over $30. I have no idea if this is CanadaPetCare's standard practice but I would say buyer beware or if you're okay with Stronghold, you might want to go to another website and save on costs.

For my dogs advantage multi has been very effective flea/tick treatment. I have been using this medicine for many year and am satisfied with its efficacy, however, it costs a lot when I initially purchased from my vet. I was referred to canadapetcare.com by my friend and I found their prices very competitive with free shipping. Plus they have good range of wormer and pet supplies which makes me buy from one store. I've been happy with CPC for 3 prior orders. This last order, not so much. They accidentally switched my order with another customer so we'd receive each other's orders. I wasn't notified until after waiting almost 4 weeks. Instead of apologizing for the mixup, offering a discount on a next purchase, they instructed me to ship the package to the other customer and anticipate reimbursement from CPC. What company does this? I have repeatedly asked for a refund and have given them five business days. Oh, and they still have yet to apologize for the mixup. Not so sure about that 100% satisfaction guarantee.
