I've been happy with CPC for 3 prior orders. This last order, not so much. They accidentally switched my order with another customer so we'd receive each other's orders. I wasn't notified until after waiting almost 4 weeks. Instead of apologizing for the mixup, offering a discount on a next purchase, they instructed me to ship the package to the other customer and anticipate reimbursement from CPC. What company does this? I have repeatedly asked for a refund and have given them five business days. Oh, and they still have yet to apologize for the mixup. Not so sure about that 100% satisfaction guarantee.
