The prices at this store are slashed to an extremity and I love the fact that I get more than I bargained for. Apart from that I wait for their regular newsletters which give a chance to get further discounts on the already curtailed price (Who wouldn't love that?) With so many online pet care stores in our country it becomes a difficult preposition to select the best from the lot. I also had to change lot of stores before I got across to this online shopping destination. The great part about the shopping was the streamlined tabs on the website and the way different sections highlighted the products under them. It was very easy to get the products that I wanted and the checkout process was a lot easier. I had a fun time shopping for my furry pal and hoped that my furry pal gets well soon.

It's been a month and although they have a tracking number - it says they are waiting for the product. They won't refund or really do anything at all until 25 business days. So meds needed for the dog won't be needed by time they figure it all out

With a family of 3 dogs one pug, one bull dog and one beagle, I am always concerned about budget on my pet supplies. I wanted to try Activyl for a long time for a change on my cat. But, its price stopped me every single time that I thought of doing so. Finally, I came across canadapetcare.com where the rates were almost 30% less than the rates on other sites. I immediately ordered Activyl and it worked for my kitty. The fact that they don't ask for a prescription should've been my first clue that they're a bad company. If you're buying flea/tick/heartworm medicines from them stop now. They send sketchy packages. It's too easy to make fake packaging for flea/tick/heartworm medicines, so these medicines probably aren't even real. If you start an "auto reorder" with them they won't accept cancellations. I cancelled months ago and they're currently trying to bill me again despite receiving a response saying they would cancel the order. Don't trust them, don't give them your information.

I purchased some flea treatment and it arrived promptly.
The product did not work for my pooch but i wonder if the product was genuine now?
I have just never had a flea treatment not work - so was a bit concerned.

Anyhow everything else seemed ok - delivery was fast and efficient.

I accidentally came across this company while browsing on the internet. But I am glad to have done so. I saved lots of $$ on the purchase and the zero shipping charge clause was the real deal breaker. I was able to save lots of money on pet care expenses. Highly recommended company!

My order was order 21 business days. I called and asked if they knew where the package was. The rep said it was passed the 21 business days and said they would refund the purchase. Then days after the package arrived and they said if I wanted to keep it, they could offer a deep discount. First it's not clear on the website about having to pay after the guarantee time for delivery. Second, they call 20% a deep discount. I will never use this site again, misleading.

Edit: I did contact customer service following the transaction. I was refunded slightly more than the overcharge. I was very happy with this transaction and will order from them again!

I use Frontline Plus for my Timmy. I used to buy it over the counter, but it was way too costly. Then my friend recommended me to shop from canadapetcare.com and here I am! They have great products at great prices! I ordered Frontline plus and I am very happy with their service. The package arrived in time and was perfectly packed. The treatment was equally effective as the counter Frontline, but the point is that I got it in a lot cheaper price. So, Frontline plus is undoubtedly great, but Frontline Plus from canadapetcare.com is the best!

My friend put to me to canadapetcare.com a year ago, I have used them twice and the items came in 2 weeks but were in manufacturer's original packing@ half the price I paid to my vet. Give them a try!
