I bought Bravecto for my dogs in Sept 2022. I am taking tics off my Dogs after just 1 1/2 months. Never not worked before. I have bought off them for years. I only give it to my dogs for 6 months and off 6 months. But Canada petcare did not want to help in any way after years of getting my business they lost a customer. Obviously the batch I got was old. I often would get batches at end of the date. But I did not mind because it worked. It's not working. But they refuse to back up their products, and will not discuss sending me a new box or refunding me. So don't use them. They don't back up purchase. Even after they confirmed I'm a customer for years.

I previously reviewed my initial order at a 2 rating because I did not recieve the emails. They arrived about 5 minutes later, so my rating is now 4 for the process. I am very pleased with the product.

They put 'Canada' in the name and have an official looking website, so they had me fooled it was a legitimate business. I placed an order and received a flurry of emails that they were desperately trying to reach me which was odd since I had given them my phone #. When I called them, my calls were cut off 4 times until I finally got through to someone long enough that he could explain that the medicine would be shipping from Australia and would take 21 business days, and was I okay with that? The call cut off. When I immediately dialed back and tried to cancel my order, the new person explained I could not cancel my order because it had already shipped. This was 30 seconds after the previous call. He wouldn't put a manager on the phone and said I had to wait until I receive the medicine to call back and ask for a postage-paid envelope to be sent to me. I don't know what country they're in, but it isn't Canada. I'm just hoping to get my money back eventually

This is my second order that I just placed and I literally cannot hide my happiness. I have never had a better experience of shopping for my pets. I was very satisfied with my first order which made me place this order sooner than I had planned. I had ordered Bravecto on my first order which I had been postponing for a long time because of its high price. When I saw Bravecto at such discounted prices on CanadaPetCare, I immediately ordered it. The package arrived in 7 days, which is the best that I have received till now, that too without any shipping charges. Bravecto has worked very well for my pooches, Brook and Denise. I think everybody should try CanadaPetCare once. I found it to be the finest pet shopping destination until now!

This company has been spamming me for 3 years since I bought something from them. Have asked them to stop ten times but they will not stop! They even said they would but they lie. I get spammed twice a week. Never buy from these people or they won't leave you alone

I had made a mistake on my address and called them immediately to correct it. I was told that they did not have the capability to either correct my address or to cancel my order. Now I'm told that they shipped my order out the DAY AFTER IT WAS RECEIVED. Furthermore, they had no tracking number. How can an organization be on the web and not have the capability to correct such a common error.

I have learned my lesson. I thought I was saving a dollar or two. Now it seems I've lost the entire amount of my order.

I first ordered back in May of 2023 to get my cats frontline plus, the price sold me. I have multiple cats and couldn't afford the 12pk price in my country ($75 for 6 doses!) It was delivered a little over a week later; I put it on my cats and I could tell a huge difference! I put my second order in last week and it will be here tomorrow (I live in texas) so I'm overall really happy about the price, effectiveness of medicine and the quick shipping! Will be shopping for now on for all medicine needs.

This is my third order with canadapetcare and the previous two were flawless experiences with them. I just ordered the best combo of frontline plus + heartgard plus at super cheap rates from canadapetcare. The day couldn’t have been better than this! It is a complete saver pack. It was a headache to buy heartwormer and flea treatments separately and it even cost more. Thank you CanadaPetCare for launching such combos. Pet parenting has become a lot more affordable now!

My vet had recommended Heartgard Plus for my dog, Cyrus 6 months back. I have been administering the tablet since and it has protected him from heartworms when most of the dogs in our neighborhood are infected. On asking one of my neighbors that why don’t you use heartwormers, she said that they are very expensive. I agreed to that, but also gave her a solution.
