It has been over a year since I ordered $229 worth of merchandise from this FAKE company. I have called, emailed, etc to no avail. Their site has been taken down and even when I did call it was so obvious the call center was overseas which is not uncommon. However the line was grainy, crackly, person on the phone spoke very little English. I could hear a lot of other conversations going on in the background. The language sounded like Chinese. In any event, all these reviews obviously happened after your experience and it seems that orders happened between Oct-Dec. The company was probably a pop up shop and now they are gone. I dont think the US has a jurisdiction on this company so we are SOL. Thats just my opinion at this point. I have gone through the stages of grief. We were scammed. Shame on Them! Lets just be more careful next time. Reading all your reviews was actually very helpful. Thank you all for sharing. Lets continue to look out for each other through these types of channels. Ordered in December 2016 and followed up several times with no reply on my tumbler. I was aware that yeti was struggling to keep up with supplying their vendors due to high demands, so I didn't think anything of it. I was apparently too patient and by the time I disputed my charges for merchandise I didn't receive, I couldn't get my money back through my bank. I should have recognized sooner that they charged my card prior to shipping my order, which I do not believe is good business practice. Fortunately I didn't lose much, but wrong is wrong and it's upsetting to see how many people had similar experiences.

Where is my tumbler you thieves?! Now all of my messages with these scammers on Facebook messenger are gone just like them! Ordered a few things back in November and I guess I got kind of lucky as I got all but this one but this tumbler was to be a Christmas gift and then due to the delay a birthday gift and now apparently no gift cause these thieves took my money and won't send me what I bought! Bunch of crooks I hope karma gets all of you!

I got part of my order placed in Nov 2016, and lots of promises. BBB couldn't find them. They also go by Camping & Fishing Online. Their site still let me process an order up to the payment page (I only was testing it!) page said: "Payments can't be processed right now because of technical problems. Please try again in a few minutes." Don't do it! Also BEWARE - they are sending email solicitations again for other stuff with links always ending in 'tundraoutdoors'. I'm reopening my BBB complaint with the address they now show in emails - in LasVegas. My original complaint was through San Antonio. These people need to be caught!

My story is similar to everyone else here that has posted. I placed $100 order back in December. Only received a $10 lid. Made multiple calls to get in touch with someone in January to answer why I had not received my full order. They said it was on back order an that I would receive it within a week. Never received the rest of the order and then the phone number I had previously called was no longer in service. Multiple attempts at contact through email with no response. I don't understand how these people are getting away with this scam. I hope karma gets them all! Absolutely awful!
