Dec made a order and have not received it yet but I still was hoping to get it or a refund from them. Order#75180.
Like all of you, I have the same story with this company - no returned communication, no replies to chat, eventually my account was deleted. It seems like they've run the same scam on all of us. Are any of you still receiving e-mails from them offering new deals and products? I find it interesting that supposedly my e-mail didn't exist when I tried to find out what was going on with my account yet they are sending me e-mails. Did any of you sign up for that fraud protection service when you placed your order? I did and when I contacted that service, I received the reply that they could not help me since it had been more than 30 days since my order and because of that, I needed to deal with the company itself. What the heck??? At least that "service" was free.
It sounds like they have gotten a lot of money from a lot of people. Why are they allowed to still advertise they should be shut done why are they letting this so called company rob people?? What is the BBB doing??
I am having the same problems as everyone else. Wondering if the scam/fraud should be filed with the FBI or other law enforcement?
Why do you not answer anyone nor do you send merchandise?

I'd like to know that as well. I order back in September and supposedly they reprocessed my order in January and I still don't have anything. They no longer have the live chat option, they never return calls nor emails. I'm contact my credit card company tomorrow.
