Placed my Order and received a receipt.
Tried to get shipping information... called/left messages, tried to chat/no agents ever available, emailed/no answer... Then on Friday night at 8:52 pm, exactly a week after my order was placed, you send a message that the free cup that is in my order because of a Black Friday Doorbuster event, was a mistake and that I have 24 hours to respond... guess what, your office is closed on the weekends and I still get the same message that I have received 4 or 5 times previously...
From Chat every time I tried (4 times during the week):
"We apologize for keeping you waiting. Our live chat operators are currently assisting other customers. Our customers are important to us, please leave us a message or contact us by email or call us at *******121. We look forward to connecting with you"
Call? That's a joke, I left 3 or 4 messages. No call back. Email? I did and you never responded. When you finally did respond via email, you said that it was a mistake and I am not getting the cup BUT you will still send me the Handles - why do I need a handle for a cup that I don't have? I asked why I didnt get the buy one get one ½ off on handles and /or lids and you responded,
The system did not automatically apply the Buy one get one 50% off all handles and lids because Time Frame Promotion is Valid only 12pm (noon) to 5pm, Your order was purchased at 7:02am.
I hope you understand.
Also, I'm sorry as we currently don't have the option to modify orders.
However, we can cancel the whole order for you to place a new order for the correct items. Just let us know.
