Ordered in December 2016 and followed up several times with no reply on my tumbler. I was aware that yeti was struggling to keep up with supplying their vendors due to high demands, so I didn't think anything of it. I was apparently too patient and by the time I disputed my charges for merchandise I didn't receive, I couldn't get my money back through my bank. I should have recognized sooner that they charged my card prior to shipping my order, which I do not believe is good business practice. Fortunately I didn't lose much, but wrong is wrong and it's upsetting to see how many people had similar experiences.
