I order cups straws and lids back in October and still have not gotten all of my order every time I call they say the will be shipped but not yet I spent almost $200 with them I wish I had known this before I order

Very POOR

I ordered $156.00 worth of stuff in September and I have not received one item. And they will not answer a phone and said in there email they will not refund my money.
This is a very POOR QUALITY OF A COMPANY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered mine in Dec also. 2 cups and 2 lids. Got my lids, the last one in Feb. I keep hoping for the cups. They are paid for and can't get in touch with them.

SCAM

I ordered 2 cups back in December and still have not received my order. Now the number is disconnected and website is down. I seen a new company called Outdoors outlet and when I clicked on it, low and behold in small print it says ' message from outdoors online ' so I screen shotted it and sent them a message and informed them I know this is the same company and I would be reporting it to BBB. Do Not order from Outdoors outlet. Same company. There is another one called outdoor outlet, it is not the same company. I have left them a message letting them know a scam is using their name only adding an S to outdoor. Just wanted to let ya'll know. I have pic of it and it is the same company, they just changed names and numbers! Be warned.

I had ordered 2 orders 1 was Nov 25th the second was Dec 3 I received 3 things from the 2 orders and my orders was close to $100.00 and I am still waiting for the rest of my orders to be fulfilled I have sent several emails aND comments to the Zendesk and was told a few times thst give my order 7 to 10 business days many times I've called and talked to a person once the rest of the time I wasn't able to get an answer it is now mid March and still waiting for the rest of my orders and might I add my orders were both paid in full at the time of the order being placed

Purchased a few yetis and accessories in December and it is now the middle of March, almost three months later with still NO PRODUCTS. As soon as I completed my order it went to their FB page where I was horrified to find terrible reviews all over the place. I immediately emailed and requested my order be cancelled. I've since emailed at least three times, no reply. Have xalled multiple times, no answer. They've now disabled the option to review them on their business FB page or to write a post. I've messaged on FB as well. Three months is way too long to not get ahold of a company or receive an order over $100 that was a gift for months ago. Absolutely disgusted in them, such a fraud, and stealing from us all. I'll be contacting my bank tomorrow to begin a claim and investigation. Thank goodness I thought to use a credit card that it could even be disputed. What a joke!

Company is a rip off

I ordered a yeti in December and this is March, still no yeti. I sent email twice, once they said they were checking into my order. Tried to call and left messages, nobody returned my call. Now I cannot pull up their website.

Well the 1st order I placed: a pink 30 oz Yeti, straws & extra lid came and the quality and products were just what I ordered. I was happy with my purchase. But foolishly I ordered again! Some spillproof lids and handles. That was 12/14/16! Like everyone else I got the runaround and no products! Disappointed since the 1st and products were very good!

SCAM: Buyer beware

I give this company (if you can call it a company) 0 stars, but there wasn't an option for that. I ordered a 30 oz tumbler in early December and just like everyone else, I never received my cup. I did receive a lid several weeks after Christmas and after I had already purchased another cup somewhere else. I think that is how they keep some people hooked is to send one small thing and no cups! Let's all go to Facebook where we saw their ad and report them to Facebook as a scam. You can do that under their cover picture next to share by clicking on the 3 dots on their page Camping and Fishing Outlet. If they don't have Facebook to sell their products, I hope they will stop getting peoples money. It is so frustrating that these low lives are able to get so many people to buy from them.

Here's what it says on the Texas Better Business Bureau:

Based on BBB files, Camping & Fishing Outlet has a pattern of disputes alleging non-delivery of items. Complainants allege they order various camping and fishing supplies with Camping & Fishing Outlet receiving payment prior to shipment of product. Complainants further allege after paying for camping and fishing supplies, they had limited to no communication from the company. Complainants also allege Camping & Fishing Outlet has not responded to inquiries regarding estimated dates of delivery or requested refunds.

As of 1/27/17, BBB has received no response from the business.

Theives and Liars!

My story is the same as everyone else. However, I went through NC Dept. of Justice, Consumer Affairs and Texas Attorney General. Both states said they contacted Camping and Fishing Outlet and the Outlet would NOT respond to their letters of contacting them back. So Texas Attorney General said they would drop the complaint since the company wouldn't contact them back... NOT GOOD! The staff I talked to more than once would tell me to wait it would be there (refund) in 5 to 7 days... never came. They also said it was showing that they sent it... never deposited in my account. So they are stealing from us and getting away with it and also having our account numbers for their use at a later date. The website and company should be SHUT IT DOWN!

Rip Off! Beware

Ordered 20 OZ Yeti Cup on 12/12/16. Have not received product to date. Company being portrayed as scam company with Texas BBB. I have filed with my bank for a refund. I have filed a complaint with Texas BBB and Arizona General Attorney Office. Company needs to be shut down. Their website is up and running right now!

I also have the same story as everyone else... I ordered my Yeti cup well before Christmas & still haven't received it. I also received the email stating that it would be sent in 5-8 days 2 months ago! Do not order from this company!
