I ordered a powder blue yeti tumbler Oct. 4,2016 and have yet to see it! No way to contact them. They have not updated me on the order. Tried to email them- No response! I would not recommend or will I order from them again!

RIPOFF IS RIGHT!

I look at my order and it still says BEING PROCESSED! I talked in chat one night telling me that Mine was on Back order and I should receive my Yeti cup in 5 - 8 days. Well all together it has been 32 Days since I ordered my cup. Glad I only ordered one with nothing extra! There should be something we can do. I am going to contact my Lawyer and see. I so hate it when DUMB people do this stuff to People who mean well and they get our money and WE get nothing. My Debit card said they are willing to help me but I have to call them and ask for my money back first! Yeah right! Some how there has to be away to bet EVEN with these B*****DS!

Ordered on December 15th & 16th Yetis for Christmas, mid January still don't have cups. No one answers voicemails or emails. I did get through once with a rep that assured me they would ship out within 5 days - that was 10 days ago. I disputed with my credit card company. Obviously, all of their 5 star ratings are a hoax... too good to be true!

I polaced an order Dec 4th and my card was charged 2 days later. I have yet to be able to contact them, hear back from them, and have not received my order! UGH! Very frustrating and Facebook should be liable! Now the joys of disputing with my CC Company.

Ripped off

Ordered Yeti hot pink Rambled cup, November 6,2016. No cup, no refund. No calls returned, no emails returned, their chat is a joke as well. Contacted BBB, with no resolution as of yet. Rated them a one cause their is nothing lower.

BIG SCAM!

I placed order Nov 7 and to date have not received merchandise... I have filed a dispute with the credit card company and contacted the BBB... I should have read these notifications before ordering! NEVER, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They take your money and no merchandise

DO NOT buy anything from this company! They charge your credit card immediately and then have no intention of sending your product. I ordered YETI lids on Dec 6th, my credit card was charged on Dec 8th and the status of my product was "processing" for over a week. I attempted to contact them and got a standard response that they are researching my order. Further attempts to contact did not get a response, and now when I look up my account online it is gone! I contacted my credit card company to dispute my charge. I would give zero stars but have to give one to post this review

I am out the money for two Yeti cups... No response to calls, messages and emails... Both cups were gifts for Christmas... Nice. Lesson learned, I guess. Do not fall prey to their scams... I really wish Facebook would stop advertising for them.

I ordered a purple yeti cup for my daughter along with a blue ergonomic handle and leak proof lid on November 21 as a Christmas present thinking it would get here in plenty of time. I have an order number and of course the charge to my bank account but I have yet to receive my product and it is now December 28th! I have attempted to call several times but am never able to speak with anyone. Sometimes when you call immediately you receive a message that says no agents are available and you must leave your name, email address and phone number. Other times it does allow you to hold for after about 5 minutes but then you are prompted to leave a voice mail. I have now left 3 messages with no response. This is very disappointing. I am not sure who these people are. Is this company even real?
