I placed two orders on Nov. 2. The first order of Purple yeti shows shipped on Nov. 22 out of factory and never showed any movement after that and I still do not have. Which WAS a Christmas present. Second order showed deliver an left on doorstep in NC. I live in Missouri. I've sent several emails left numerous messages, tried to chat and I have NEVER received a response on any of them. They sure didn't have a problem taking my money. Does this company even exist... My daughter also ordered gifts for Christmas and has not received her order either.
I wish I would have known that this company just takes your money and never has any intention to ship your order. I'm now feeling helpless that I wasn't able to give my daughter a pink yeti for Christmas. I just received my credit card bill, and they definitely took my money, but I have nothing to show for it. How sad that this company can take advantage of so many people.
I placed my order on Dec 11 and when I check on my order status... It still shows "unfilled". I'm still waiting on my order... However, They had no trouble taking my money. I should have researched this website before ordering from it!

I ordered product in November to get it in time for Christmas I got a confirmation saying they had received it and that they were processing it and that it would be shipped out I've seen nothing heard nothing more left messageses emails phone messages I have heard nothing nothing nothing very very bad customer service and now it's Christmas and I have no products for my children
I placed an order a month ago. They processed the payment, and I have not heard ANYTHING since then. I have tried to call, email, chat, and contact them in every way possible, and I have not received any word. Without a doubt, this "company" is nothing more than a scam site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Don't order from this company! I did over a month ago and still have not received my order- The Chat customer service tells you the same thing over and over - No one will call you back from customer service- they will not even commit to calling you back for 2-3 days and still no call after 3-weeks. Due to their operational inefficiencies I am out 6 Christmas presents at the last minute to replace! It amazes me that there still trying to sell a product they cannot ship! I placed an order November 14,2016 my credit card was charged November 15. I have not received my order as so today, December 20,2016. I inquired November 23rd and was told volume was high and they would get back to me and my inquiry. They haven't. I have never been charged before the order was shipped with any other company I have ordered from before. I rate this Camping and Fishing Outlet with the lowest possible rating... zero stars!
I ordered a cup, some straws and a lid on 9/3/16. I received the straws and lid in separate packages from China. On 10/31/13 I suddenly was unable to leave comments on their facebook page... because I can only surmise I had posted just that... I ordered a cup on 9/3/16 and still hadn't received it.
After several attempts to contact them via email I received notification that my item had shipped... however the tracking information that has been posted on my order for 3 week is not valid and remains invalid today, 11/14/16.
I have requested accurate tracking information twice and it has not been provided although I have been assured via a canned response email my item is "in transit" and to be patient.
I made a public post warning of the scam on Facebook and people from emerged from the woodwork to say their experience is the same.
Don't order from these scam artists! 2 months later and I have straws and a lid for a cup that has still not arrived.
Answer: I'd like to know that as well. I order back in September and supposedly they reprocessed my order in January and I still don't have anything. They no longer have the live chat option, they never return calls nor emails. I'm contact my credit card company tomorrow.
Answer: I filed a complaint with the BBB they said they could not contact the company that it seems they don't exist so there is nothing they can do I think face book and other sites should block them from advertising on there sites they need to be stoped and no one gives a crap what there doing to people!
Answer: I have contacted the BBB, FEC, the YETI corp., and Shopify. Why are they still on the internet. How many have to be scammed?
