I ordered a baby onesie from them and my total AT CHECKOUT was $20.90, which I had proof of. However, over $35 was taken out of my account. I contacted them with the proof of the cost discrepancy and they waived the shipping cost. This put my new total at $29.06 still over $8 what my total was AT CHECKOUT. I contacted them about this and they said their prices "change daily." This would be an acceptable excuse except for the fact that it changed in the millisecond I clicked on confirm order to the conformation email. Ridiculous!
I ordered a set of pajamas for my wife over two weeks ago. Finally arrived today... except it was only the bottoms. The top part was the thing that had the silk-screen on it and the reason I ordered the overpriced ($40) item to begin with. So now I am left with $10 pajama bottoms that I could have bought anywhere, and it is two days before Christmas. I will NEVER order from them again.
The shirts I ordered were great. Little did I know that they then charge you a 9.95 monthly charge for a monthly membership fee. But the good news they were nice and reimbursed me for all 3 months but not until I I said I would either get a refund or just dispute it on my card. I didn't really care which way we went. Over all satisfied but a good company shouldn't do this.
I've ordered multiple times from CafePress, and been pleased with every purchase. It is "One Unique" site, and I will continue checking the website whenever I'm shopping for an unusual gift or specific item.
I ordered 2 shirts. Both Womens Mediums. Both shirt came in as mediums but one looked like it was a youth medium. I was told its because of the brand. I was told I would get a refund. Still have not seen the refund. Called 4 times today and keep getting told that the people that can give me the refund is not available. I spoke to 2 supervisors and was told that they would both call me within an hour... still no call. Its one lie after another. I was told the supervisor was on a call then I was told he took a break. Less than 5 minutes later. I will never order from them and hope no one else gets this from them.
I ordered a high voltage license plate for my truck, what I got was not like what was advertised. The print was small and not like the advertised plate. Looks stupid. Will not buy from Cafe press again. I would find somewhere else. Top pick was advertised, bottom is what I got.
Probably the worst quality t-shirt I have ever gotten. I'm embarrassed to give it to my brother for his birthday. It probably costs them $2 to make these shirts and sell them for an outrageous amount. So disappointed.

I must say that I was skeptical about ordering from cafepress. I wanted a shower curtain I saw on their site so I ordered despite several bad reviews about quality and service. Well... I am so glad that I did, as the order came when promised and my shower curtain looks exactly as the picture on the website. Quality is exactly as I had hoped for. I am actually using this curtain to made a headboard for a bed! It will look amazing! Thanks cafepress! You have gained a return customer!

The T-shirt I ordered arrived very quickly and looked great! However, the T-shirt did not work not due to anything they did wrong. They did, however, replace it with a different material and ask that we donate the other one to a charity of our choice. Cafe Press will continue to get my business time and time again!
I ordered a shirt at the end if aug and never received it. I sent an email to customer service but never received an answer. At this point I would just like my money back. I no longer want the shirt. And I don't want $10 for giving my opinion since I will not order anything else from this site.

Tracking for your package (or what we believe to be your package) says that you order has been sitting at the USPS facility in Ohio since September 4th. We do not have any record of you contacting us regarding this. We have combed through our email system and there is no email located. Not even a trashed email.
We have issued full refund for the order we believe to be yours. This refund will take 3-5 business days to reflect on your billing statement.

I have ordered several items over the last few months. I have found the merchandise to be as depicted. The quality has certainly been acceptable, colors bright and lasting, shipped and received as told. If you are looking for unique and personalized items, I would certainly recommend Cafe Press!
I order 12 latte mugs and received them in a timely manner and just how I had ordered them. No complaints on quality or service. BUT -- and a huge BUT -- each arrived in an individual coffin of thick styrofoam. 12 mugs took up a very large box. Granted, each was in PERFECT condition, but I now have TWO huge garbage bags of styrofoam to throw into a landfill. Ugh. And seriously, in this day and age, who does this? Very very disappointed with this company.
I have ordered many tee shirts from this site. They always come out great, and nice thick shirts, not thin cheap stuff. The colors are great, great selection, you can find ANYTHING, or have something made, just for you. I have also gotten bumper stickers, that I couldn't find any where else. Easy site to order from, and ship fast.
Cards are very poor quality, look cheap (which they are not!), the envelopes are exceptionally poor quality and are way bigger than the card, again giving a very cheap overall look. Really disappointed as I had ordered special cards from this site and could have got better at the local newsagents! I was particularly surprised as I had used this site for cards about three years ago and the material the cards were printed on then were of a far higher quality. Buyers be aware.
I ordered some items here. One of them never came. I had to call and they shipped the item a week late. I received it today in the quality is incredibly terrible. A hoodie with a decal so faded you can barely see it. Never ever buying here again.
Ordered on December 2, when the expected date to receive the items came and passed I called, and was told it would be shipping in the next 48 hours (on the 16th), after a few days passed I called again, was told the same thing and upgraded to free express shipping. A few more days passed and still in production I contacted the facebook group and after a few interactions on Facebook, I've been blocked from posting or communicating with them there. Apparently if you can't fix the problem at least try and bury it so other people can't see their flaws. I wonder how many other people they blocked because they can't fulfill their own orders. It is 12/22 and my products are still "In Production", Being in Alaska there is no chance this order will make it before Christmas, and they don't care.
I bought a mug for my father and a magnet for myself. I only received the mug as they shipped separately. The lettering on parts of the mug is blurry. The only way to request a refund is to call a number. Don't bother, the support is pretty much non-existent. And if the post office loses your package, there is no way to request a refund or new product.
I ordered the hearts of math t-shirts. They looked so cute online. What a disappointment... poor quality, poor sizing, poor printing with splotches, blurs and off centered designs and very expensive. I have ordered from CafePress before and have never been pleased. I hope that I have finally learned to not order from them no matter how cute items appear to be.
Long time customer, have always been happy with products/customer service, my last order I was not happy with, the clock I ordered was in bad shape. Paint inside line of clock, and didn't work! And apron was wrong color. I will be shopping with you again, for past 10 years that was my only problems, I wasn't happy, but as I said, after 10 years, I will continue to shop, I do like your company/products.
Answer: I believe the company did a great job on growth and promoting the "little guy" and November 2013 they changed policies, changed production, changed items and product quality and reduced shop owners commissions on their way to becoming greedy. They made the company a public traded entity on the stock market and was out for themselves. They got rich, the stocks fell, the products became of poor quality, and August of 2014 the president, CEO bailed out and left. To regroup they have tried to add companies like Marvel Comics, Snoopy and other big names to keep the losses from poring in, instead of supervising quality and buying a better quality product.
