Ordered soft closing replacement hinges for cabinets. Lots of options but their website helps you choose the best parts. Only negative was shipping, it's a bit slow unless you pay premium prices for faster delivery. I am going to order more for sure.
Ordered twice from Cabinet Parts. In both cases, it took 3 or 4 business days before the order was fulfilled and shipped. This sets them apart from just about everyone else who usually manages to fulfill and ship orders in about 24 hours. Aside from that, no complaints.

Ordered a pocket door track and hardware kit track was bent in transit. Reported damaged part sent a few pictures and they replaced item with no hassles. Their response time was excellent. Wanted some drawers in my workshop. Found drawer slides on your you website that were reasonably priced so I ordered 14 pairs. I have built the drawers and installed all the slides. The slides all work fine, no matter how much weight is in them They need a little push to engage the soft close mechanism but for the price I expected that. Shopping and ordering on your site was great. Shipping was fast. Could not be more pleased. Thanks
Surprised when my order arrived that it did not include screws for the soft close inset hinges. Even more surprised that shipping charges seem to have a bizarre algorithm to calculate cost versus weight, size of shipping package and carrier.
Terrible Experience! Placed an order for an item that was supposed to fit based on their description. When it did not, attempted to return but was told the cost of the return would exceed the refund! How's that for customer service? Don't plan to use them again especially since customer service offered no other option.

I ordered soft close hinges and even called and verified they were the right hinges and yet got self closing hinges. Then have to pay shipping and a restocking fee and wait for the reorder to arrive with the the correct hinges. Web sit is not good in that when you click on one size it changes another selection that you made and doesn't warn you that your previous selection has been changed. This is the only thing I can figure may have happened but after I placed the order and called I was given incorrect information on my order.
I had a couple cabinet hinges that went bad. I called and Rob helped me identify the hinge types. I placed the order, received it in three days. I was able to properly repair the cabinets. Thank you for great customer service.
After patiently waiting for 9 days for my sides to be delivered from your company (2 1/2 hours from my address) I was disappointed to discover they were not the correct size.

I received my knobs in good time and they were packaged well. However the website description did not mention that there is a small pointed protrusion on the bottom of the knobs. I cannot use them for the purpose intended due to this spiked protrusion. Shipping cost to return them makes it not worthwhile. So I'm not happy about this purchase.
I first saw a similar swing out pantry shelving, but it was in a custom built home, so I purchased your product which was very close. My pantry is only 24" wide, therefore, I ordered the parts I thought would work for that space. I had to find someone who would take on the challenge, because very little instructions came with the cabinet. The cabinet/shelving is an excellent product. I now have an extremely organized pantry. My friends are now requesting tours to see my pantry.
Items arrived on a Saturday. I opened the boxes and notice a pair of slides were missing. There was a hole in the corner of the box, so it could have possible fallen out during transit. I left a message Saturday and had a confirmation that the replacement slides were shipped Monday. You can't ask for any better service than that.
In ordering a replacement drawer slide, I was asked to give exact measurements, and after doing so, was given the part number that would work. However, when I went to install it, it was obvious my drawer was too long for the slide. After numerous emails with customer service, I was told I had an odd size drawer and would need to cut three inches off my drawer so the slide would work. That was, of course, unacceptable. I submitted a request for return and refund, but haven't had any response in four days.
Easy to order from. Received my order within a week. Everything was correct and in good condition. The only drawbacks were there was nothing that said screws were or weren't included. And after the initial credit card payment there was an additional $1.97 charge, with no explanation on what it was for.
I had no idea how to replace my 20 year old cabinet hinges with new soft close hinges. After a disappointing effort at my local hardware store, I called Blum and they told me exactly what hinge to use that would replace the current Blum hinges I have. I was delighted, they didn't cost much and came quickly. Excellent service.
Answer: You are going to get buried in freight charges, if you ordered online. They are not helpful on returns, as they don't believe their customers are one time buyers. Good luck
