Slow shipping

Took 8 days to ship my items that showed in stock causing delays. Several calls to customer support with no explanation as to why the shipment was delayed and no notification when it did actually ship.

Small issue resolved very equitably.

Got wrong item and ordered too many of another. They sent the right ones and gave me some credit. That's good customer service. I've spent a lot of money on this site and never had a problem.

One item about online ordering it's hard to get a good picture of some items with just a one view picture view when ordering particularly with drawers pulls.

Also a recommendation would be to group related items as in a particular line of a companies somehow together. I know sometimes it has options basically sizes or different lengths. It was very difficult to order the same item in two different sizes. Sometimes I liked it but then could find a match in a size up for larger drawer. After spending so much time building these cabinets and 18 drawers. And I have to say I'm not in love with the pulls I ended up using. To change them I would have to match the hole spacing. I found one I liked for the smaller length but the longer one didn't match. I eventually just gave up on it.

I ordered six pairs of over extension soft close drawer slides and they only shipped three pairs. When I asked them to remedy the issue they said they were unwilling to because I had waited to long to ask for the correction. I am out $75 because of a shipping error. I will never buy here again.

The Hinge Test Was Excellent!

I went to stinking Home Depot like 4 times trying to find the correct hinge and the worker there who helped me was just as incompetent about cabinet hinges as I was. Turns out they didn't carry the ones I needed at all. I went cabinetparts.com and was able to get the correct hinge on the first attempt. They also taught me how to measure the overlay of the cabinets. I definitely would recommend going with cabinetparts.com!

Liked So Much, I Bought More

Unisoft cabinet soft door closures arrived early enough for me to install them before I went out of town. Easy to install and adjust. My second round. I will be buying more for my Kitchen cabinet doors. Highly recommend.

Quality products

Ordered Sink tip out shelves and hinges. Both showed in tock and ready for delivery. Day after I ordered, received an email saying hinges were NOT available. Shelves arrived and are nice but had to seek hinges elsewhere. Replacement hinges are wider then CabinetParts hinges so now shelves are too wide. Will see how their customer service is when I call to discuss Update to follow...

Didn't get everything

I ordered under drawer slides and they seem pretty awesome. I haven't built what they are doing into yet, but I think I'll be very happy. The website 'talked' me into buying a pack of small screws to install the guides but I didn't get them in the box though the packing slip said they should be there. They are only a couple bucks so I want going to bother... But still...

I needed replacement hinges for a two door corner cabinet. I provided some info online and Cheryl got back to me with a recommended set of hinges. I placed the order and received the hinges, plates and screws in a few days. She had indicated that I might have to drill new holes which I did. No problem. The hinges were exactly what I needed and they work perfectly. Thank you Cheryl and thank you Cabinets.org.

I saw these hinges, and I've installed thousands of cabinets hinges etc. and I thought it was going to be a pain in the A#! To find them. Fortunately, The Blum logo was on the hinge pic I took and I was able to easily find the correct one. Strange, 2-piece hinge configuration. All I needed was the hinge part to correct the sprung spring on the old ones. Thought I was going to have trouble finding it, but I was wrong! And the price was surprisingly low. Less than 6 bucks!

Thanks A bunch!
You guys made me look like I know what I'm doing.

I received damaged drawer slides. After three days, I am still waiting for customer service to respond. You can not resolve product issue over the phone. The process is to send a email and wait for Customer to Service to respond. Meanwhile my project is on hold waiting for Cabinet Parts dot com to assign my case. This process is a joke. Not likely to every purchase product from them again.

I am building a new house and ordered some shelves from this company.
The quality seems ok, but there was an issue with the colors. 3 of the shelves are kind of matching on the colors, but the one was a lot darker than the rest.
I requested a replacement and they denied it. I mean how much does it cost to keep a customer happy? I guess one shelve is too much!
Now i am stuck with this odd one and will have to paint it with a dark color to cover it.
Shameful that they dont go the extra step to keep customers happy.

We Found the Part!

When we recently bought our condo it was evident the kitchen cabinets were last updated over 20 years ago. We had a door hinge that broke and after tracking down the manufacturer they were able to direct us to your company for replacement parts. We received the replacement in around 10 days and were able to re-hang the door without issue. What began as a worry that we'd have to spend a lot of money possibly replacing the cabinet, ended up being a very inexpensive fix. Thanks for being a great resource!

Very professional

Their sales support was very helpful in identifying the proper slides need for my Scheirich cabinet drawers. There were several to choose from so having the advice was very helpful. Order shipped quickly and arrived on time. One package was drop shipped from distributor. Installation was fairly simple when I became familiar with how they need to be installed. The first was a little tricky, but the rest went without a hitch.

Shipping inflated

They charged way more to ship a tiny hinge than the USPS charged them. I understand inflation at this time but that is just taking advantage. The part fit perfectly the #100 hinge for an antique 1920s Martha Washington sewing table. The product was absolutely perfect fit.

Customer service is and was a priority

I placed two separate orders, both for cabinet drawer undermount hardware. The first order arrived and one of the blum soft close undermount slides had a small, but fragile adjustment piece broken. I sent a message and they offered to reimburse or replace. Glad they took care of the concern and did not deny me for a shipping concern. Thank you very much, my second order was also exceptional.

Great products, on-time delivery, so-so sales help

Purchased new Hera LED under cabinet lighting to replace Hera fluorescents. Hera designs like for like sizes and connectors so the upgrade can be easy. Unfortunately no one at cabinet parts knew how that could be done exactly so they gave me the wrong part numbers and I had to go figure it out on my own to get the right stuff. Oh well at least they had the right models to sell to me

Good value

I ordered a new drawer box and soft-close drawer slides. They came shipped separately-- the slides and a set of screws first, followed about 2 days later by the custom box. I thought shipping was on the high side and I would have just as well waited to have one package delivered with everything. The box and slides were good quality. My only installation problem was with the round-head screws provided, which interfered with the smooth operation of the drawer slides, and caused me some frustration before I figured it out. I don't know why the suggested screws were these round headed ones, when flathead screws were really called for in order not to bump against the slide mechanism. Next time I'd look for those on the site or else just provide my own. Otherwise a good experience once everything was sorted out.
