I needed to replace two hinges on a kitchen door which was installed several years ago. My installer and dealer were both out of business and so I contacted the manufacturer who referred me to cabinet parts. The hinges were replicated and wok better than the originals. Great service, too.

I needed to replace my original 30 year old cabinet hinges. Customer service advised me my specific part number was discontinued many years ago. He directed me to their page where I could cross reference the old number to the new one. The hinges arrived in a few days. They fit perfect, and function like new! I highly recommend this company.

Choosing cabinet pulls was difficult without actually seeing and touching the pull. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a store that carried the product I wanted to see and evaluate. Descriptions online were not as easily understood or enough for a complete 'picture' of the item. I took a risk with the info given and hoped the pulls would be satisfactory: fit, function, and look.

The hinge is identical but the connector between halves is too short. I didn't see the size I wanted when I checked later.

The drawer slides I received are high quality. I installed them and I'm happy with how they work and look. Just some simple instructions on how to use the rear mounting bracket would have saved me a lot of time looking around online. In the end it was really simple and they work great too. A small simple illustration and explanation either on your website or in the package would have been great.

Replacement hinge for a lazy susan door was listed as the precise replacement for an obsolete old one... but its screw holes were not in the same location. I had to drill new holes to make them work. A bit misleading, folks.

Contacted customer service by email several days ago; gave my order number and details of what I ordered and received, but have not heard back from them yet on how to get the correct item and return the one received in error. Would give more stars based on quality but not until this is resolved by receiving the correct item.

Contacted online chat to determine correct hinge # to replace my existing door hinges. They responded quickly with all info I needed. I received my order within a few days. The hinges were an exact fit. My only complaint was the high ship charge for only 2 hinges.

The item is quality. The only problem I have is that it does not just "fit" into the pantry pull out. It does come with installation instructions which require the removal of the outside panel. I just assumed it would drop into place without such a hassle. Perhaps when my husband gets around to "installing" the part I will give it a 5 star. Suggest this information be part of the description.

Old hinges for a lazy-susan corner cabinet are hard to replace. But your part fit perfectly and was easy to reinstall on the first try.

Customer service has been great. Hopefully the hinges will replace the broken ones nicely. - Follow-up: Hinges were almost near perfect matches. Only had to re-drill four holes to get my 90' corner cabinet door back on. Couldn't be more thrilled. Don't need all of the brackets I bought but oh well.
