The rating should be zero. They have had be going in circles from Groupon to the Merchant BuySPRY since October. BuySPRY indicates they refunded, but my original form of payment was never credited. I have emailed both Groupon and BuySPRY and they each refer me back to the other. I tried calling and emailing numerous times. BuySPRY's responses are like an auto reply. Here we are in January and no refund. Never again.

I am writing this review to HOPEFULLY Get the attention of the BuySpry customer service team. I ordered an Ipad Air 4th generation and spent $450 through Groupon, which BuySpry sells on. The unit arrived defective whereas if you charged it to 100% it would reboot after a few moments and show it was down to zero. No matter what the charge level is, it will do this. This was supposed to have been refurbished but the way they packed it with minimal packing, literally a bubble mailer wrapped with some bubble wrap sliding around in a larger box might have jostled something loose. I bought this for my wife for mothers day and she was very dissappointed. When I called the number on their website THAT Does not work, says they are sorry but the phone number is not working or something to that affect, STRIKE 1. I then go to their "live chat feature" which is nothing more than a ticketing system, for $450 I EXPECT To speak with someone live about this issue, STRIKE 2. I then am forced to email them and its been almost 24 hours and no response. Pathetic. STRIKE 3. At this point I am expecting a tested replacement in the color of my choice ( I ordered the blue since the pink was $50 more) and no extra cost to me. I will be happy to change this review ONCE I get some response and my issue is satisfactorily addressed. Right now I am unable to recommend this company for anything and to not have a phone number where i can speak with someone to resolve my issue after spending $450 I would recommend staying away FAR AWAY and buy from a company you can SPEAK with with your issue and not have to wait 24 hours for a response only to get a trouble shooting or whatever. I EXPECT A RESPONSE NOW after someone reads this from BuySpry.

Awful. I purchased an 'excellent renewed' iPhone 11 Pro from Amazon - I had no idea that THIS reseller "BuySPRY" dba "YRS, Llc" was fulfilling the order. Yesterday, I was handed a Fedex poly mailer direct from the delivery driver, no protective box, nothing. Opened it to find an OPEN aftermarket 'smart phone' carton box (picture the strength of a butter box) with a 'security' sticker that was clearly pre-opened (dust and hair on it and, well, the box was open...) I take the unprotected phone out of the carton. It won't turn on. Finally I get the start screen on, and the battery is at 1%. No charging will get this phone going. The phone is HOT HOT HOT to the touch when I do have it plugged in to the charger, and it won't advance past the set up screen "where are you located." I can't even begin the set up process, because it's a broken phone stuck at 1%.

Well, because I bought this from Amazon (or so I thought,) I figure - I might as well just return it and go to the actual Apple store and get an actual, working quality phone.

Nope. "Sean Popling" of the BuySpry "Customer Service" team is emailing me saying that I need to send photos of the phone to 'prove you are returning one of ours'- no can do, Sean... I purchased this phone because... get this... I need to replace my old iPhone 8 which bit the dust recently... Shocking, right?! But furthermore - he says I am "required" to send them data "found on the settings page of the phone" as additional proof before they will even issue me a return label! I CAN'T TURN ON THE BROKEN CRAP YOU SENT ME! How am I supposed to get to the setting screen?!

So, BuySpry is refusing to accept returns or issue refunds when they knowingly send out broken tech to Amazon customers which is against the TOS and Seller Contract. Absolutely deplorable.

I have been dealing with this for way longer than any customer should - JUST SEND THE RETURN LABEL AND REFUND MY $453.55

Don't Buy From Them

When I received the computer, it wouldn't turn on, and when I was finally able to get it powered up, it malfunctioned. Took it to a local shop, - the photo tells all! Bad keyboard is why it wouldn't turn on, all the dirt and crud along with a bad battery overheated it within 10-15 minutes causing it to malfunction
Save your money and frustration don't buy from them

Half the keys on the laptop did NOT work

Literally half of the keys on the laptop either didn't work, or they pressed different keys. The screen had dead or almost dead pixels, and the computer itself didn't connect to any WiFi network at all. Horrible laptop for the $700 I paid for it. Idc what anyone says, if you pay that much for a laptop, it should at least have the right keys!

Problem solving

I bought an iMac 2014 27 inch from BuySPRY, an ebay seller.
The iMac I received was as very good as they say.
However, when I realized that the product specifications were different from the description on eBay, I immediately contacted BuySPRY.
Their response was very quick and they genuinely tried to solve the problem.
As a result, all difficulties were resolved and the transaction ended in mutual satisfaction.
The eBay rating is 99.2%, but the rating here is surprisingly low.
Anyway, to me, very friendly and great seller.

Buyers Beware! Will not Honor Returns

I needed to purchase a Macbook but couldnt afford one that was new, so found a good deal for a Macbook Air (2015) on Groupon sold by Spry LLC. The Macbook arrived with a firmware lock in place and there was no getting around it. Have spent 2 solid weeks chatting with Spry and Groupon to have the laptop exchanged or refunded, but Spry instead, accused me of initiating the lock myself, and their "support" stated that their 3 day grace period had come and gone (their website says 30 day return policy) and there was nothing they could do. So if you like $260 paperweights that look like a Macbook, but are really just fun novelty paperweights, then head right over to buyspry.com before they sell out for good!

DO NOT BUY

This MacBook was trash it did not charge DO NOT BUY. They give you MacBooks that does not work then do not want to give you your money back the seller had a bad attitude I had to call my bank to get my money back. The MacBook was glitching and after 1 day of having it it will not charge please do not waste your money please you will get disappointed real quick

I purchased a refurbished Surface Pro 7. The refurb was in good condition, and had a perfect screen. Only knock was some slight coloring issues on the corners but only cosmetic defect and overall I am very happy with the product and the price I paid. They also shipped fast.

While I have to admit, the initial process of returning the phone was quite hectic, especially considering I had no phone to use in order to go through the process, overall the company handled my claim to the best of their ability and granted me a refund. We had some difficulty with iCloud and the Apple Services regarding the phone but the company worked hard to ensure the best experience and granted me a full refund after jumping the hurdles on their end. The process was a little longer than I had hoped it would be but at the end of the day we both wished to get out of each other's hair and were successful at that. I feel inclined to look into BuySpry for more of my electronic devices now considering their warranty programs and customer service.

If you want to play your luck, buy phones from them; if you are lucky you wont have issue.

I ordered an 11 pro certified refurbished from BuySPRY, after 3-4 months screen started flickering and would go dark on times. I contacted BuySPRY, they said you are outside 90 days window so we cant do anything and they told me to take it to mobile repair shop. I did that, the service person told me that phone doesn't contain some "certified" apple parts and such cases it could work longer or it may break in 3-6 months; depending on your luck.
BTW the it was over 700$ purchase; I contacted seller again. They had same response we could not do anything as it is beyond 90 days window. What I realized that they could be building these cheap/fake refurbished phones that dont last much beyond their 90 days, and if in some cases it breaks earlier they may work with those customers and provide refund/service.

***PURCHASED THROUGH BACK MARKET*** I ordered this product on August 12,2021, and I received it on August 14,2021. I was so happy that it arrived ahead of schedule. When opening the box that it arrived in, the computer was loose in a bubble mailer folded in half with brown paper sitting on top - not the most secure form of shipping that it could have been sent in, but there didn't appear to be any physical damage from it being shipped this way. The computer did not come with the original charger, instead, it came with a cord in a Ziploc bag and an Anker wall outlet. Anyone who has owned an Apple product before knows how fickle non-Apple chargers can be. Upon plugging the device in, both outlets on the right side of the computer seemed loose. I could not get the computer to immediately hold a charge until after I moved the charger around a little bit. Cosmetically, the computer appeared to be in great shape. There was not an excess of cosmetic scratches to the computer and nothing that I noticed when first looking at the device. Once I got the computer turned on and I started playing around with the features a little bit, the "H" key and the "N" key were immediately not working. To me, this shows poor hardware review of the device. It was something I noticed immediately when powering on the computer, meaning that it was something that absolutely should have been detected by the technical team repairing the device. I waited to contact customer support and thought that maybe the keys would start to work again with a little bit of use. I was wrong. I contacted the seller's support and I was instructed, of all things, to turn on Sticky Keys for two keys that were not working. Of course, that did not work. They offered to send me a partial refund to have it repaired in my area; however, this would have voided any sort of warranty that I purchased through them ($90) in the event that there was a bigger technical issue with the computer and I honestly had no idea how much it would cost to get something like that fixed locally, to begin with. After less than 48 hours of owning the computer, I had to send it back to them. They have 3 days to repair the device, and after three days there are a few different options you can choose from: a refund (processed within 2 days) or having another product sent to you if they have it in stock. SPRY received my device on the 18th. Someone relayed to me that they had essentially not taken a look at my computer until halfway through the day on the 20th. At that point in time, the "technical team" could not even tell that the iCloud had been removed from the device... which seems like a lazy way of saying that they immediately stopped working on the device instead of attempting at all to problem solve themselves. I had to communicate back through their customer service that it had been removed so they could relay it to the technical team. We are now almost at 3 pm EST on the last day they have to repair the device and their customer service team has told me that "hopefully" the technical team is working on my device. Almost $800 was spent on a device I owned for less than 48 hours with technical problems that could have been taken care of before the device was sent to me in the first place.
