Do not buy from them
April 27, 2019

I received a damaged item, shopping on Amazon. There were multiple scratches on the phone screen. I contacted the seller twice! The issue was never resolved! It was the worse experience in my life! Keep in mind, if you would buy from this seller and you have an issue, you are on your own! I will leave the same feedback about the seller on Yelp and Google!

Fraudulent Company
April 8, 2019

I purchased an Iphone X from this company through Ebay and literally after their 60 days warranty was up the phone stopped working... how wonderful! Took it to apple store and they cannot figure out what's wrong with it. They would not refund me or do ANYTHING about it. They did not even respond to my email and I had to give them a call.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE!
Just spend money at apple or your phone provider!

This company sold me a watch that can't hook up to cellular. We have been trying for over 3 hrs and still no luck. The company doesn't care that they sold me garbage all thy care about is taking your money. Now they have the control. Buyer beware go somewhere else. Look at these reviews they aren't good. Go to a reputable seller. I have numerous emails exchanged with the seller and still no help on returning my item. Worst seller online!

I bought on eBay the WEAR24 watch and the charger stopped working. Instead of working with me, they use a dirty tactics to refuse a return through eBay. I have to use a package receiver as I cannot be there to get packages at home. They said it wasn't my address and therefore they will honour NOTHING. "All our items carry 30 days Hassle Free return policy" is a lie. This is false advertising and don't expect any service from this company.

I bought Beats by Dr. Dre Powerbeats In-Ear Genuine Wired Headphones Sports but they sent me a cheaper nastier model. No offer of exchanging them with the correct ones and I had to send it back and they now keep messing me about with the cost I paid to ship the incorrect ones back. I have sent them numerous emails and I still havent received a refund even though they keep assuring me it will be done.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SUPPLIER. THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME!

A fraud seller
January 24, 2017

This vendor ships the old model that is fading from the market and force you to lost the custom duty that you paid. Eg, if you purchase an IPHONE 64/128G, they will ship 16G instead, especially for international buyer.

They will do exchange for you but you need to pay customs for the new replacement after you returned the incorrect item. Meaning that you will pay 2 twice customs for 16G and 128G for instance.

They use this way to clear up the inventory buy providing the refund of the price difference between 16G and 64G/128G.

You can check the customer reviews from ebay and many of them contents faulty, defective and bad customer services.

Stay away from this seller.

We purchased a Galaxy S6 and didn't use it until we had a Lifeproof case to protect it. The phone fell onto a hardwood, with the case on it, from a couch and completely shattered the screen. The phone no longer works. I have a Galaxy S4 and it gets dropped all of the time... works perfectly! This company is selling phones refurbished with cheap materials! We have had this S6 for 5 days. I hope this saves someone else from making the same mistake as us. I wish we would have read some of the reviews first.

Deceptive and uncooperative
September 18, 2015

Ordered a brand new s5 on ebay. The phone was not 4G compatible as expected, only 3g. Then there are numerous steps one must take to simply use the phone as any normal smartphone would operate such as... picture messaging, touch tone service aND so on. You the buyer must go through and set the phone up as if your a tech guru yourself. And who the hell wants a 5s galaxy wit only 3g service? I can use a Motorola razor from a decade ago and receive similar service!
Upon contacting seller by email requesting a return because of dissatisfaction, they continually attempted to side step my request and instruct me on how to "set up " the BRAND NEW phone. Brand new phone shouldn't need to be set up. I believe given the 14 day return policy they are deliberately attempting to negate that option. Oh... and If you call their business number after hours, their mailbox is always full? What kindve of practice is that. I run a lawn service and I have better customer service than that. Completely disappointed and my worst purchase on ebay by far. Heed my warning... do not use this seller.

This store sells fake products!
NEVER NEVER, Never buy any product with them!

I buy a GTX 780 whit them in EBAY, and received a product FALSE. FAKE, AND DAMAGED.

I lost $750. TRUST ME MAN, KEEP OUT FROM THiS SHOOP!

I did not realize the product was fake and the seller sent straight to send EVGA to trade.

To my surprise, I received an email from EVGA explaining that the card was false:

---------------------------------------...

Subject: EVGA RMA - - REFUSED

Good afternoon Renan,

Communicate que the video card sent to our headquarters is not valid RMA from EVGA.
Note the value of Shipping que Regarding the return of the same will be charged once the date submitted for approval of the RMA are not truthful.
Here are the Reasons for refusal of your RMA below and attached:

*
Adhesive identification serial number and part number fake
*
Videocard registered the GTX780Ti 03G-P4-2881-KR, but the card is a GTX480
*
Cover the plate was modified to cover the GTX TITAN

Ricardo Barbosa

I used to shop at newegg before they became so big and impossible to find anything. Talking to newegg is useless. Buyspry customer service is awesome and they know exactly what they have in stock and which products are good for you.
