The rating should be zero. They have had be going in circles from Groupon to the Merchant BuySPRY since October. BuySPRY indicates they refunded, but my original form of payment was never credited. I have emailed both Groupon and BuySPRY and they each refer me back to the other. I tried calling and emailing numerous times. BuySPRY's responses are like an auto reply. Here we are in January and no refund. Never again.
Tip for consumers:
I will never use the merchant BuySPRY again. They are not an honest company.
Products used:
No refund was ever received for a product that was never received. Their emails indicated they refunded, but my original form of payment was never credited. Issue began in October 2024 and here we are in January - no refund.
