I purchased a jbl wireless speakers this morning with buy mobile. I haven't got a receipt and they are not responding properly. Looks like a fake company. Can't trust them. No receipt in my email yet?

I got sucked in by a post written by buy mobile
"Hey, we apologise for the experience you had. Now BuyMobile is under new management for your better experience and services. We value you and would love to have you back."
I bought two phones which were stocked items, paid $59.80 for delivery and 5 weeks later i still do not have the phones. Contacted customer service nearly a month ago, and at least twice a week since then with no success, and even as of yesterday they indicated that the
"delay from our courier in processing your parcel. Our warehouse is doing all they can to expedite your delivery with the courier. " I thought that if it said a stocked item, the phones would have been here in Australia and even if it is in Hong Kong and with a delivery fee of $59.80 you would not expected a delivery time of 5+ weeks (they still can not tell me when I will have my phones). This has definitely been a bad business choice which i am paying for. If you go to their website they only have the 5 star reviews and you can't even write a review on their website. The cost you save on buying the phone is negligible to the effects in not getting the phone 5+ weeks later... if i ever get them. Hopefully this review will save a lot of businesses and individuals the agony and the associated effects this has created for my business and me.

I have a familiar story to a lot of other very poor reviews from buy mobile. I just wish I had read the reviews before buying and that was my mistake. They products, although named brands, are of inferior quality, I suspect seconds in a lot of cases although they do not tell you that. Then when you try and claim something under warrantee, they refuse to abide by local consumer law. They say you have to direct your warranty claim to the manufacturer which is not true. A retailer is not legally allowed. To pass on their warranty legal responsibilities. But they do not care, they just say not their problem. When you try and educate them that it is their problem, they just say I am welcome to take them to court. Really helpful that. Before you purchase anything from them read online reviews! Not the fake reviews they have on their own website that they claim are genuine reviews. I have even heard that they are actually based in Hong Kong, and are not even based in Australia or New Zealand. I suspect they are some sort of dropping shipping type operation that sells outdated stock.

Ordered an A34 8GB 256GB phone, After 1 month I contacted them to find out where my phone was only to be told that they could not supply. Offered a $40 credit and A34 8GB 128GB phone instead.
Waited another 2 weeks and they instead sent me a AS34 6GB 128GB phone.
Was told if not happy had to send back for refund LESS shipping and admin fee.
The whole time this was going on their website continued to say that the original phone I ordered was in stock

I ordered a phone on the 3rd of December, it was supposedly sent on the 5th of December, what I found suspicious was there is no information stored on the site BuyMobile so you have no evidence only emails, I went through Klarna to pay it off, I payed the first 203AUD then I contacted on help desk on Buymobile, I asked for tracking number, Jane the biggest liar said she van not find it, then I call DHL, guess what, no parcel in my name or post code in Darwin.
What I think is they do not have an office or any such place, because when I called them I asked she did not give me any reply, so obviously they work from home so they can not be found.
Immediately I informed Klarna about my situation, I said I will not pay any more money, its now coming into week 3 of December, its nearly 3 weeks I wait, so if it was DHL which it is not, it would have arrived within 14 days,, this girl Jane she is part of the bull$#*! culture she adopted, and answering any questions if these phones are new, she said they are not refurbished phones they are new, I will contact a governing body to deal with this, I have transcripts of conversations from them on the help desk which is on the websitesite, remember they do not tell the truth., its," extracting money by deception".

Using this shopping site was with no exaggeration one of the biggest mistakes I have and will have made and I would not reccommend this site to anyone else.
First the service is ridiculous, there is no phone number so the only way to reach them was via email which also was terribly slow. They had sent me the wrong item from what I ordered and wanted a refund. I had to chase them for months to even get a reply and even though it was not my fault or mistake they were rude and would not even listen to my issue and the mistake THEY had made. It was a situation wher I had to spen more money to send back the wrong item to get a refund. And from the way they had acted I wasnt even sure if I was going to get my money back because all it seemed to me was they are scammers. I am definitly not the type to waste my time and energy with people who aren't worthy of but I would not want anyone else going through the same issue as I did.

It's a fake site. They show Ultron mobile pics and send a very cheap brand of Lychee. The site is completely fake. No reviews nor complaints can be submitted. No refund at all. All policies on site are fake.

Bought a Momax Wireless Car Charging unit from them, had a look, they don't sell them anymore. Wonder why! Worked great when it did, overheated sometimes but that was in the direct sunlight.

After 7 months of use, not everyday, but most days, the part where the cable sticks in started getting loose and wouldn't connect properly at all, thusly not turning on. Okay, easy fix, I thought. Tell them the issue and was told to shove off essentially, in a nice 'business' manner of course.
Since it's just out of warranty, they won't fix or replace it, and they actually said that with 'average usage' breakage 'is normal'. Well that's just unprofessional. Your knowingly selling products that will last just outside your warranty period? That's shady and you should be ashamed. I'll also say that I did not expect this to be a low quality charger. I think it was around $70 for a phone charger, not cheap.
Thanks for admitting it though, makes it easier to never buy from them again and tell other people about it.

I purchased the Lenovo Legion Duel 2 Pro 18GB/256GB valued at AUD$979 plus AUD$20 for insurance.

Ordered 12/01/22, arrived 27/01/2022 via DPEX, so exactly 2 weeks.

Order is correct and included power adapter for Australia. Tracking made easy via links sent to my email address.

I would recommend this store to anyone, and although the items came from Hong Kong it was delivered in a timely manner.

Very happy with my purchase, and will definitely use Buymobile next time.

I do have negative experience with this seller. Them way of selling is cheating people. They charge more for the delivery than it actually costs (they position as an australian so I think AUD 50 delivery is unreal cost for delivery. BTW the delivery cost on a website is different any time - how is it possible?). As a result, they always win even if item is broken and buyer return it, and the buyer plays Russian Roulette. I played and lost. They asked to send them the item but I have no guarantee that they will return at least some money to me, they didn't even send me an email with the order details, no any proving of my purchase. It should not be. Be careful.

They advertised the product as having Australian warranty and being an Australian product. To find out 6 months later when I had an issue with it they will send either an Australian product or overseas model.
My case has been ongoing for 3 months now. I haven't had a reply for the last month even though I've showed nothing but patience.

Would never recommended this Buymobile as had issues from the beginning.

Confirmed by email that they had in stock my item.
Purchased item on 25/06/18.
Many emails and chats later, was told did not have item.
02/07/18 was told I could have refund.
03/07/18 got email saying I cancelled the order.
Save yourself a lot of grief don't deal with this company.

The Oneplus 11 Global model is superior to the Chinese model. Buymoble advertise their phone as "International" model. How deceptive as the charger is 100W which is only for the Chinese version. Tell the truth.
