I ordered a phone on the 3rd of December, it was supposedly sent on the 5th of December, what I found suspicious was there is no information stored on the site BuyMobile so you have no evidence only emails, I went through Klarna to pay it off, I payed the first 203AUD then I contacted on help desk on Buymobile, I asked for tracking number, Jane the biggest liar said she van not find it, then I call DHL, guess what, no parcel in my name or post code in Darwin.
What I think is they do not have an office or any such place, because when I called them I asked she did not give me any reply, so obviously they work from home so they can not be found.
Immediately I informed Klarna about my situation, I said I will not pay any more money, its now coming into week 3 of December, its nearly 3 weeks I wait, so if it was DHL which it is not, it would have arrived within 14 days,, this girl Jane she is part of the bull$#*! culture she adopted, and answering any questions if these phones are new, she said they are not refurbished phones they are new, I will contact a governing body to deal with this, I have transcripts of conversations from them on the help desk which is on the websitesite, remember they do not tell the truth., its," extracting money by deception".
