I got sucked in by a post written by buy mobile

I bought two phones which were stocked items, paid $59.80 for delivery and 5 weeks later i still do not have the phones. Contacted customer service nearly a month ago, and at least twice a week since then with no success, and even as of yesterday they indicated that the
"delay from our courier in processing your parcel. Our warehouse is doing all they can to expedite your delivery with the courier. " I thought that if it said a stocked item, the phones would have been here in Australia and even if it is in Hong Kong and with a delivery fee of $59.80 you would not expected a delivery time of 5+ weeks (they still can not tell me when I will have my phones). This has definitely been a bad business choice which i am paying for. If you go to their website they only have the 5 star reviews and you can't even write a review on their website. The cost you save on buying the phone is negligible to the effects in not getting the phone 5+ weeks later... if i ever get them. Hopefully this review will save a lot of businesses and individuals the agony and the associated effects this has created for my business and me.
