I have had a few little hiccups with orders recently but I just send a message and I have always been contacted usually within 10 hours and a pleasant and courteous reply is waiting for me. Usually with a lovely ending telling me to contact them or let them know if I have any problems. One of my queries was my fault but I was not made to feel stupid, just explained to about what was happening. Feel happy to keep on purchasing from Buyinvite in the future.

I've found buyinvite very cooperative with returns - fortunately I haven't had to send back much. The staff was also great when I rang an order through because i couldn't get it through online. I have never had a complaint about their service because any problems with purchase goods have been quickly resolved.

I adore shopping on BuyInvite. I check my emails each day, just to see what fabulous sales are available. Every item I have purchased from BuyInvite has been amazing and such a great deal, I have recommended it to all my friends.
The prices seem very good, sometimes amazing, however the quality of the goods may not quite live up to the images. Also the slow delivery is a major turn off. I'd say overall worth a punt type of shopping. My impression is don't expect 100% satisfaction in service, or product quality, when the goods are a fraction of retail prices (so are they actually the same items you'd find in a High Street shop?).
Every time I have brought from buyinvite the product has been what was displayed and delivery timely.
Only feedback would be that Imwould like greater product description on items- it has at times put me off buying an item as there was not enough information.
Living regional, with not a lot of shopping options, I can comfortably sit and window shop and buy from my own home without driving 200km to closest major town. I've order a number of items off Buyinvite and all of the items that have been delivered so far are great! (Order different items from different shops hence the different delivery times.) Good quality products and delivered in perfect condition! The finger paints will be a hit for my niece this Christmas:)

I have shopped with BuyInvite a number of times and usually they are really good. This time however my purchase was supposed to be delivered by 26th November, and by the looks of things the items have not left the warehouse, it is now 6 December. I am now thinking that it is unlikely that i will receive the goods before christmas. I have received no communication around this at all. I am very disappointed in this particular purchase.

Website easy to use and sales appropriate for Xmas shopping (toys, festive, etc). But a bit disappointed that for second year in a row have ordered Xmas wine novelties and order has failed to deliver.
I love receiving the Buyinvite sale emails. There is always something to purchase at a great sale price. Transaction process and delivery have always been very quick an easy and the one time I had to return a faulty product, customer service was very helpful and a replacement item was organised the same day.

I am totally addicted to Buyinvite! They have a huge range of different brands, the prices are unbeatable, cheaper than the retail outlet shops. I have loved pretty much everything I have received. I now prefer shopping at home than out.
I'm not a big shopper but on occasion something has caught my eye and I have purchased. I don't like the delivery fee - sometimes that puts me off as it can make the item too expensive - but I have always been happy with the purchases I have made, and with the delivery times too.
Some well known items a great but items you are not sure of quality can be very poor.The refund policy is not adequatev and they make YOU pay even if products aredamagedvdje to insufficient packaging
Often the advertised reduced price does not match the value of item.

When you look at the crossed out price on buyinvite, you assume that to be the original price but is it? After checking on several products online by going to the actual product website I find the pricing questionable The item is priced on the actual Beebay Kids website at $17.77 AUD reduced to $14.22 AUD yet on buyinvite it appears to be discounted from $63AUD to $25 AUD advertising this product to the Australian consumer for 60% off...?

I have shop with Buyinvite for few years. In general, it good, good price, nice stuff. Good shipping method and notification.
Bad side are:
Sometime you received the wrong items. That is so annoying as you can have the items you bought and have to go through the process of returning the item to get a refund.
I shop with a few internet website, I think Buyinvite is the one have most mistake interm of send you wrong items.
Another things they dont have a lot of high end design brands.
