This was the first item that I bought for baby. The quality is so poor. The customer service is poor. And the ship time is so long. Don't buy from them again!
Don't order furniture from BuyBuyBaby unless you have time to call customer service multiple times, repack and ship back broken furniture, and receive your delivery 3-4 weeks late.
I initially ordered a nursery chair from BuyBuyBaby on 10/4, scheduled for delivery on 10/10. It never came. I called customer service, who determined there was a problem with the shipment, and sent us another chair.
The chair arrived on 10/26, damaged. We called customer service to arrange for a replacement shipment and pick up of the damaged chair by FedEx. The customer service representative arranged for the replacement shipment, but not the pick-up.
I called customer service again on 10/29 to confirm the pickup, and the representative said it was scheduled. FedEx never came. I called a third time, the customer service representative discovered the but pick-up had never been arranged. She arranged the pickup for me, but failed to mention that I needed to repack the item (a 77-lb chair) before FedEx would take it.
Replacement chair is scheduled 11/3 - let's see if it works.
I recently purchased some wall decor of baby animals, love my pictures of the animals. I would buy them again and shop with buy buy buy baby and trend lab.
I shop their sales and have gotten some great deals on organic cotton baby clothes. Everything I've ordered is decent quality. They've become a regular source for me as my daughter grows.
Long wait time on hold and no answer to question being asked. I won't buy from this registry again.Very disappointed.

I bought car seat on the day my granddaughter was born at the buy buy baby store in LA. I asked for return policy in case my children will be not satisfy with quality or other issues of the product and been advice we have 180 days return policy as longest no damage and in perfect conditions. Before I took car seat to the hospital we read instructions for correct usage. At the end we wasn't completely satisfied with design of the product and decide take car seat next day to the store near from our residents in Mission Viejo, California. We was very surprise when the manager of the store ( James) refuse take care seat and refund the cost due we open instructions which been attached to the product. I look on your website return policy which sad nothing about issues with not attached instructions to the car seat. My son call back to the store and manager was rude on phone conversation continue point that is the return policy which he follow on.
Next day I took car seat to other store and it wasn't any issues with return which indicate management at the store in Mission Viejo have bad attitude and misleading customers buy providing wrong explanation towards your return policy

We do not have a BuyBuy Baby in Arkansas so I was thrilled to get to experience the store in Plano. While the store was incredible the lady that was helping me made my experience 100% even more incredible!

You would think they would have the delivery on cribs down by now as they are a baby store selling baby cribs but noooooo! I ordered a crib for my daughter on 7/17 and she received the rails on Saturday in box 1. No one knows or seems to care about box 2! I was told on Saturday to call back on Monday to see where the other box is. Called today (Monday) and was told to call back on Thursday! Can't wait to hear the response on Thursday! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM BUY BUY BABY!
I would like to have a shout out to the bye bye baby company and there amazing work on helping my family. Back on November 16,2020 I had my first child Scott born 3.5months premature in London Victoria hospital where he currently is still. Family friend had purchased a 4in1 crib for me but passed away 2days later. When my mother went to grab the crib from the family, she got it home and I was beyond excited to see it and put it together. Unfortunately the headboard had a huge crack in it and wasn't usable. My mother called the company and spoke to Joy a lovely lady who went above and beyond to help us with this matter. She was super helpful, caring and nice. Overall excellent customer service and we were grateful to have a brand new headboard ordered for us in few weeks. Now I have it and put all together luckily for my son to soon come home so we can begin our family life together. Thanks to Joy and the company for the amazing customer experience and going to all measures to help us. Sammy, Kenny, Scott, Lynda and Rodney.
Wish I had found this site earlier in my daughter's life. This site saved me money on a stroller and a monitor. The site is easy to navigate and had reasonable shipping.
This company does nothing but lie about your order you place and when you will receive. I ordered on Dec 4 and with no tracking info in a week I started calling custmer service and was told it shipped and was on the way and guaranteed to get to me between Dec 13 and Dec 23. I called every other day to make sure and was told it shipped. I get shipping info today on Dec 23 it just shipped and my grandbaby will not get his gift until Dec 30. I would of purchased from someone else if he wasnt going to get. So I was continually lied too. I filed a claim with BBB also. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- VERY VERY DECEITFUL AND NOT HONEST AT ALL. MICHELE P
Ordered a stroller online for my daughter-in-law and son. It's stated in the description that it would fit a Graco infant seat, it was a Chico brand. We took it out of the box put it together put our infant seat in it did not work. I took it back to the store they returned it for me they said it would take 5 to 7 business days for a refund. I got an email from buybuy baby that they got my return and my refund would be coming in a few days. To my surprise in a few days I got another stroller that does not fit my infant seat. Call twice to Customer Service they said it was used cause they found A Hair on it. I told them we had to take it out of the box to put it together to see if it would work and yes there's a possibility there was a hair on the floor but that doesn't mean it was used. Explained to them the baby hasn't even been born yet it has not been used they promised me a shipping label I've called them twice and still no shipping label and no refund. I even asked for a store credit! Ordered one off another site cheaper! Bye bye Baby cause I won't be back! They lie!

BuyBuyBaby is worthless. Ordered online a $400+ stroller/combo to be shipped to a niece for a shower gift; she was registered on their website, so it's not like they shouldn't have been completely certain what was purchased and should have been shipped. What arrives? Two clocks worth less than $50. I called the company and they get defensive, demanding that arrangements be made to return the clocks before they will ship the stroller -- "it's their policy -- how do WE know that she didn't receive the stroller?" This made me feel as if I was being called a liar, and I gave them MY policy -- that they need to ship the right thing and just forget about returning the clocks as a goodwill gesture for my time and trouble in putting this right, but that didn't go anywhere. Niece arranged to return clocks (yes, the "surprise" was ruined at this point) and new item shipped. Also wrong -- this time it was a car seat. Well, they were getting closer in terms of value. Niece had to go through the whole exchange process again. Finally, third time was the charm. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They are incompetent and they are not at all customer-focused. They do bill your credit card quickly, however. That, they know how to do. Save yourself some grief. BuyBuy from ANYONE but these people.
I BOUGHT A GIFT WHICH WAS DELIVERED TO ME INSTEAD OF THE COUPLE THAT CREATED THE REGISTRY. I CALLED BUYBUYBABY ON A WEDNESDAY AND WAS TOLD 'NO PROBLEM', THE ITEM (A STROLLER WHICH COST $970+ DOLLARS) WILL BE PICKED UP THE NEXT DAY AND WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE REGISTRANT. THE ITEM WAS NOT PICKED UP ON THURSDAY SO I CALLED AGAIN. I WAS TOLD THE PACKAGE WOULD BE PICKED UP ON FRIDAY. THE PACKAGE WAS NOT PICKED UP ON FRIDAY SO I CALLED THE COMPANY AGAIN. ON SATURDAY THE ITEM HAD STILL NOT BEEN PICKED UP SO I CALLED THE COMPANY AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THAT FEDEX HAD TRIED TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE THAT DAY BUT NO ONE WAS HOME. I LIVE IN A BUILDING WITH DOORMEN ON DUTY 24/7 AND EVERYONE KNEW THAT THE PACKAGE WAS IN THE PACKAGE ROOM WAITING TO BE PICKED UP AND NO ONE CAME TO PICK IT UP. WHY DOES A COMPANY HAVE TO LIE WHEN THEY MESS UP?
