This review is not about the product but about BuyBaby customer service. At about 11:00pm on May 18 I ordered a high chair for a friend of mine baby shower, I entered their address and home state for shipping and was about to complete the transaction when a pop up window told me I could get 20% off, of course I clicked on it and after the price change I concluded the transaction BAB*******789. To my great dismay I realized that when I did this it changed the shipping address to my own address, I went to their website and couldn't find anyway to amend the order but I could cancel it within 30 minutes. I went to the cancelation page and try at least five times to cancel the order, each time a pop up window told me "Ooops something went wrong please try again" it never worked. On May 19 at 5:00am Pacific time I went to their Live Chat and waited for more than one hour ( I logged in as customer 292) and someone named Mandy told me there was nothing she could do because the order was to far in the process (at that time 7hrs old) but she would try to re-route the order once it was shipped however she could not guarantee that it would work. I know it was my fault not to re-check the shipping address and I cannot blame anyone for my mistake but it leaves me with a zero faith in BuyBaby customer service.

BuyBuyBaby has the WORST customer service ever!
A large furniture item was purchased from our baby registry and when it came time for the delivery the delivery man rang my doorbell and said "‘ma'am I apologize but your furniture is too broken to take off the truck, we're taking it back to the warehouse". Okay, fine... I called the delivery service to request another delivery for this item to which they told me I had to call buy buy baby and reorder it...
So I called buybuybaby and would be on hold for over an hour each time... being fed up by this long wait I would just hang up... on the 9th attempt (in a week span) to call I said whatever let me just wait. Someone FINALLY picked up after I was on hold for 2hours and 8 minutes to be exact and said the order was canceled and offered me store credit for the sale price. I said absolutely $#*!ing NOT this item was paid for at full price and was charged an arm and a leg for delivery services and I want my damn furniture ASAP!
So he said fine let's reorder... okay fine... we reordered (this was a week and a half ago). He said they'll email me a confirmation and the delivery team will call and schedule delivery... A few days went by, nothing!
I called again... another 2 hours on hold... they said "yess ma'am your order is processed and I will put a red flag on your account so they can call you for delivery ASAP ". Waited a few days... again... NOTHING!
Called back 2 days later and they gave me the same BS story. And yet again I am still waiting for a delivery confirmation and a phone call to schedule...
This whole ordeal has been going on since august 6th and it's now almost September... how can they put a pregnant lady through all this aggravation and stress? I need to get my daughter's room ready and I can't because of this!
So now my fully paid for item is lost somewhere and I can't get straight answers from anywhere!
This is absolutely unacceptable and I am totally and completely disgusted with them!

The company reached out to me to write them a review and I was, until I got kicked out of the review process. So I wrote it in my notes and went back to submit it and it said I already submitted my review, even though I hadn't. What a $#*! storm! Anyway here is my review: In my search for the perfect baby products for my soon-to-be-newborn, I decided that I wanted a cow wabbanubb. The only place that was selling said item was buy buy baby so I ordered it. The shipping was so expensive for such a small item and I felt insane for getting it. The price at checkout went from $14 to $24. The order confirmation email estimated that the item would arrive on 7/10 which was 4 days after I ordered it. So this was already a long and expensive wait time compared to other companies I shop with. I get a shipment confirmation email on the 6th saying my items have shipped and they are on the way. I'm waiting for it to arrive, all the other items from all the other companies I ordered from already arrived and still no super expensive pacifier yet. So I checked the tracking and it is not even going to be here till the 23rd! It wasn't actually shipped till the 16th, 10 days after my shipment confirmation email! My baby could and most likely will get here first! Also in the order confirmation email it states that I could get $10 cash back, which could make this disaster of an experience a little better. After all with the $10 cash back my product will be a fair price, yay! I clicked the link and it leads to an error page. I reached out to customer service which stated that I have to reach out to an entirely different company. What a waste of time and energy. So all in all this was a horrible experience from state to... wait it's not even finished yet... all for a pacifier.
Products are fine but only a meh on how helpful they are with problems.
I like their selection better than other online baby stores
