I live in Mckinney TX. For my fisrt time in my life I purchase burp cloth for my son the 3 pack at Preston and 121 store located in Frisco TX. Did not like the one I bought I went to store to return it unopened and never used original packaging the customer service associate looking at and flip each one as I am doing some crime looking at it for 10 min and then return it. Staff so rude. Never want to help customer. Eye contact with you and never say hi or ask you if you need help with anything. Store so dirty and never zone or clean. Management staff do not want to help you to find item from another store. They tell you which store has it to make you drive 20 miles to other location or call it yourself. I was shopping at Toysrus for so long do to be nice and so polite and friendly, also clean store with friendly environment. You will not be dissatisfied with toysrus ever in your life. I experienced all this with one time shopping for my son at BuyBuyBaby. PLEASE do not waist your time and your money at BuyBuyBabay.
Registered about 3 weeks and decided to make some edits today. As I scrolled through my registry 22 of the 94 items I had registered for said no longer available. These were the simplest of items, spoos, bowls, pacifiers... NO LONGER AVAIALABLE! WISH WE STILL HAD BABYSRUS
So, I bought a gift from a baby registry for an expectant mother. Exactly 52 minutes after I purchased the gift the mother said she JUST received a notification and was getting ahold of me right away because someone had already purchased the gift. To which I immediately hung up and went to cancel the order and choose something else. Should be simple, right? Wrong. Apparently BuyBuyBaby has a 30 MINUTE REGRETS policy... seriously 30 minutes! So I confirmed with the mother that she had literally JUST RECEIVED word of the purchase. How convenient. The worst part is I'm having it delivered to my parents house in Florida because I live in another state. I have been informed that my only option will be to arrive in Florida, return the gift in person and receive a refund minus the shipping and handling. What really ticks me off is that their excuse for the 30 minute 'Regrets' policy is that their team works as quickly as possible to fulfill the orders and may have already done the process. Well, that was Saturday and this is Thursday and I JUST RECEIVED WORD that the order has finally been processed and is ready to be shipped. Hmmm... seems like sometime between Saturday and Thursday SOMEONE, any one, could have cancelled that order. Now the mother feels bad because I'm out about $170.00 and need to go through the hassle of returning the item and getting something new just days before the shower! Well, you can be assured that whatever I get... it WON'T BE FROM BUYBUYBABY! Deplorable conflict resolution and ridiculous policies.
This company has gone out of business. You may not receive the products you have requested. They filed bankruptcy.
IOn march 22 I purchased two articles and I was waiting for the delivery, but 15 days after I never received the order and any email from the store. I called an for my surprise the order never was placed and the lady told me that the system had problem. They took my money but never send me nothing. Then I HAVE TO PLCED THE ORDER AGAIN BY PHONE FOR ONE OF THE ARTICLES BUT THE OTHER WAS UNABLEABLE TO BY IT. FOR ALL OF THIS NEVER TRUST IN THIS WEB SITE. BAD COSTUMER SERVICE.
Buyer beware. I purchased a car seat from a baby shower registry, only to find out on the delivery date that Buy Buy Baby canceled the order due to an email issue, which made no sense as my credit card was charged. After I called them to find out where was my package was I told the order was canceled. I wanted the order and so I placed it again, Even after being told I also had to use another payment method, which again made no sense to me, so I used my debit card and it went through and the order was accepted. Two hours later I received an email saying that the order was canceled again, this after the money was removed from my account. I was beside myself as the guy on the phone said that it was going to take 2 to 3 days to find out why my order was canceled. I said you've been paid already, how can you cancel the order and he offered to get me a supervisor on the phone. The supervisor told me he couldn't tell me why the system canceled me again. He offered me the opportunity to make a 3rd order with another payment method which I declined. I am extremely disappointed with Buy Buy Baby and will never use them again. I have called the bank to cancel payment as well as the credit card company to tell them I canceled the order and to not process a payment for them. I just ordered the gift on Amazon without a problem

I used Buy Buy Baby for one of my two registries and for some of my most expensive items. I ordered a dresser and a changing table on 11/22/20 to match the crib I bought. I paid for this through a gift card, through my credit card, and using a coupon. I received a message on 11/24 that I owed a balance of $30.62. I sent back an email response the next day, asking why there was balance as I had not received any information about a price adjustment. There was also a hold on my credit card for the $404.68 balance after the gift card so I knew I had given the right information. Also, if my credit card had declined the purchase then the entire remaining balance of $404.68 would have been owed and not the random amount of $30.62. In response to my email, I received another message on 11/25 with an incident status of SOLVED. Seeing this status, I thought the matter was indeed solved and checked the app for any change on the shipping date. However on 12/8 my order was cancelled with no explanation. When I called, the issue was related to this UNSOLVED problem. There were no notes on my file, no explanation for this balance, nothing the customer service could tell me to explain now this happened.
Now it is one week before my due date and I have to go out and buy new items. Although the items are available, the price has gone up and I don't have access to my gift cards, and frankly I'd rather take my business elsewhere. The good news is that I get my gift card money back. However that will be the last I spend in this store, after my family and friends spent thousands at Buy Buy Baby, unless I get adequate information about why this happened.
A little expensive but I love the quality. Returns are easy and you do get coupons in the mail. What's not to love
Ordered a gift on a baby registry for a shower. I ordered it 2 weeks prior to arrive in plenty of time. The delivery ETA was 4 days before the party, so I was feeling positive. When I checked in the beginning of this week, there was no movement on my order from day 1. I called and someone was supposed to check and get back to me. That didnt happen. I called again and someone was going to check with the carrier and call me back. When I didnt hear back, I called again, only to find out that the customer service person put a note on my account saying since the hold time with the carrier was too long, he hung up and didnt want to wait! What? How is this customer service? The girl I spoke to called while I waiting on the phone. I waited over an hour to hear the carrier would have to do an investigation as to why the package was stuck. She said it would take up to 3 days to get an answer. By this time I didnt have 3 days. I asked for it to be escalated with BBB. A supervisor was supposed to work on a second order overnighted to me. The store manager they asked to do it said no, he wont do it. Again, what? Horrible service! They were getting district manager approval to do it anyway, then all communication stoppped. I called a couple of more times and got excuses like shes out at lunch and will call you back. This company stinks and I will never buy from here again. Its easier to go to Amazon. Sorry to any future baby gifts I need to buy, but it wont be off of a registry at BuyBuyBaby. You lost a customer and many more as Im telling all my friends!
Contacted customer service regarding an issue with an online order. They were very helpful and resolved the issue satisfactorily.
I love BuyBuyBaby. It's like a heaven for baby products. You can find whatever you want there. Would definitely go there again.

I purchased a crib online and when it arrived, it was damaged. The box was all torn apart and re-taped back together. I returned the damaged crib and was told it would take 17 days from when the returned crib arrived for a new one to arrive. I received an email on June 24 that the returned crib had arrived and my replacement crib was being processed. The email also stated a new crib should arrive by July 6 and I would receive an email with a tracking number. On July 3, I still had not received an email that a replacement crib was on its way or a tracking number so I called the customer service number. I was told that they just received the damaged crib that day- July 3. So what about my email that said it had arrived on June 24? I was told since it just arrived, it would take an additional 17 days for a replacement crib to be sent out to me. With a baby due in 2 weeks, that is too late.
I told them I could order a new crib in less time. They told me my reimbursement would still take 17 days. So I cancelled my crib order on July 3 and immediately reordered another crib (NOT from Buy Buy Baby) and received an email confirming my refund request with a case number. On July 7, I received an email from Buy Buy Baby that my replacement crib has shipped! I called customer service and explained that the crib order was cancelled on July 3 and she told me the refund request was never processed. So why do I have an email with a case number for my refund request dated July 3? Now I have been told that I must again spend time to return the replacement crib and wait 17 days from when that crib is received to get my reimbursement. This is very poor customer service and it seems like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Buy Buy Baby has computer technology to take your orders and your money but they do not use that technology to see
What is happening with an order! And why 17 days for everything? Why does it take so long to replace a damaged item and so long to get reimbursed? I will not be shopping through Buy Buy Baby again and I will not endorse any of my family to shop there as well
