I think a class action lawsuit for false advertising is needed. In fact, in some states there can be criminal charges associated with false advertising. Even one person can sue them for this in small claims court. Sometimes that's all you can do to sit a company down and let them know the BS isn't going to be tolerated.
They send faulty parts, leave people on hold for hours, make returns next to impossible, send parts that do not fit car and tons of other issues. There are bad reviews everywhere for this company on the Better Business Bureau, Amazon, EBay, Trust Pilot, Reseller Ratings, Yelp and it's the same thing over and over again. They advertise the EXACT opposite on their website and when you call into their customer service line. It's false advertising and it's about time we get these jokers legally to stop the BS and lies.
I recently just bought a 1998 H1 civilian version, which is close to the full military style.
I need a steering box, and Buy Auto Parts had it to my door within 3 days and with a return form for my core.
I was highly impressed being it was a H1 and a 1998 model.

Absolutely trash customer service. And the product is absolutely terrible. Didn't even last 8 months, at about 600 miles a month. Not they expect you to pay for another one just to get your broken part warrantied. I recommend any other shop!
I purchased a turbo that did not fit even though their website stated it did. The website says easy return, but when I call to return they repeatedly hang up on me. The phone representative was nice and polite until he found out I needed to return a product. He then extremely rude and arrogant and hung up. I called back 4 times and was hung up on every time. The absolute worst company I have dealt with in quite some time. I will never use this shady company again.
Their vehicle catalog is incorrect, therefore we received the incorrect part. Not a big deal, easy to rectify, however this company's customer service is horrible. After several attempts calling to get it resolved, several times being hung up on and several false promises of a call back, I got frustrated and ordered through another company. Now they are witholding my funds, stating that its their policy to only give a "credit" not a refund. Absolute BS and scam.
I placed an order for window rain guards on June 17th 2020. After waiting over a month for delivery and no update I decided to reach out. The process in total from the initial call took about 3 weeks with over 5 hours spent on hold with customer service. No one here seems to be able to wipe their own backside much less help you with your order. After weeks of trying to find out what happened with my order i was finally told it was on "back order" with no ecd. So in other words the were holding my money free of charge with no product for delivery in sight. I could go on for days about how terrible their support and operations team is but to save myself and hopefully you the headache I would simply just recommend ordering from another vendor. If you decide not to take my advice I wish you the best but don't be surprised when you find yourself right here writing a poor review of your own in a few months.
I ordered an AC compressor and they sent me the wrong part. I had mental health issues and by the time I had it ready for a return, I had passed the window for a refund. They helped me with an exchange. Their customer service over the phone was great. I did have a long wait time for one of my calls. I only mention this in case you're trying to get a hold of them before a deadline. Make sure you give yourself ample time to take care of it. I missed my deadline for a refund, but I remembered the date wrong.

Bought a turbo for 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0 Diesel paid $631.00 to have it installed and the turbo is defective. Call the company and they are giving me crazy options to make this wrong a write. I will never buy a part from this company again.
Purchased some front windscreen wipers for my car via the website. Entered what my car was and the website listed all the compatible wipers. Purchased some. Delivery took quite a long time. When they eventually arrived tried to fit them to my car and they don't fit. Contacted customer services and explained that I had used there make and model search tool to find the correct wipers only to be told it doesn't work very well and I should have emailed customer services to check! It didn't state this anywhere when I was purchasing. I asked for a refund / send them back only to be told that I would have to pay for the postage back! It's not even my fault! It's the fault of the companies website not explaining their system does not work! So now I'm in a battle with customer services to get free postage for a return which is their fault! This is extremely poor customer service. I am never using this company again and would advise everyone to do the same!
I ordered an AC Compressor from this company, and received confirmation on the order. After 1 week of waiting I looked on the site with that order, and it was showing status "Processing". I called CS, they found out after some time that the order was cancelled, bcs they don't have the part. I asked why they accepted the order then? The representative couldn't explain. It still shows in the system that the order is processing. I feel very uncomfortable about all this.

I was so impressed with the service and patience I received. I kept ordering a steering rack that didn't feet just because I didn't know the year they use to build this factory 5 kit. I was amaze how fast I received the parts. Being the wrong part, we decided to send the original. They fix it and send it back to me in two days. Thanks so much
I was sent an incorrect part. Customer service said they would check. Sent them a picture. They agreed and would let me know something in the next day. Never did. I payed 2nd shipping. Not refunded as of yet. This is not service and be careful if you 2nd day. 30 dollars of my money is gone for now
I placed an order for a steering rack with BuyAutoParts through their Amazon site. I received notice that the part shipped on 7/3, and would arrive between 7/11 and 7/16. When I look up the UPS tracking number, the status I get is that the shipment was voided within minutes of it supposedly being shipped. I have tried contacting BAP through Amazon and the email contact on their site, but I cannot get anyone to respond to me. I have also tried calling their customer service line, but the wait time is generally over 30-45 minutes. They say that they have a live chat function, but I have yet to see it. I have a vehicle sitting in my driveway waiting for this part, but I have no idea what is going on with it. Do yourself a favor... go somewhere else. I really wish I had.
I neglected to add that I have the towing package on my van when I ordered a new radiator. That was my bad. They immediately sent me a return shipping label and when they rec'd the part, the money was back in my account. I'll buy parts from them again for sure.
Ordered AC Compressor. They sent the wrong one. Returned it and they sent the same incorrect Compressor again. My mechanic of 30 years got on the phone with them and they wanted to argue about it. Had to send it back again, but this time only accepted refund, no replacement. Totally incompetent phone clerks.
