I ordered a power steering pump assembly line. It was a direct fit for my 2004 Infiniti FX 35 which through a dealership it was discontinued. Thank God for B. A. P. They had it in stock. I recommend everybody to look into BAP before going to their dealership.
I chose to go with the cheaper rear wheel drive train shaft for the v6 charger, it was a perfect fit. Highly recommend it if you don't want to spend 1000 + with labor I paid 460 to fix it
I bought a AC compressor kit and they sent me a bad one and then I paid for another one and waited another week and it was the wrong one so now I am halfway into this and found out it has the wrong plug so I will ask for a full refund and send this crap back to him and just go to the parts store never ever buy from them total waste of time total waste of time
I just want to express the customer service experience with a delightful young man named Eddie that i had. He was patient, kind, and had a lot of knowledge about the compressor i received. Thank you Eddie and the company your with. It means a lot to have a great experience when buying a much needed car part. Thanks to Eddie i was able to order and receive the right part for my car. Site was easy to navigate, cheapest price I could find online and had the best warranty. I had one last question before completing the order so I used their online chat. The employee responded quickly and confirmed I was getting the right part for my vehicle. I will use buyautoparts.com for all my future auto part purchases.
After accepting my order - I watched and waited for my shipping information... Nothing - I called & had to hold over an hour listening to their commercials on how great they are etc. They said they had a problem with their supplier but it will ship out that day - two days later I call & hold for 45 min only to find that they don't have the part. Sure they said they would refund my money but why didn't they contact me? I had to call them to find out they misrepresented their inventory & wait a combined 1-3/4 hr. To find out they wouldn't even try to make it right. No, their commercials are all BS, and lies. NEVER buy from them! I will never buy from them again! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
Their prices are low so I purchased from them. Air Conditioner part failed after 3 weeks. Being in Florida in the middle of summer this needed urgent attention. Called their warranty line - left a message. Called the next day - left another message. Emailed them - got no reply. Had to purchase a NEW A/C Compressor and re-pay for removal and installation. 3 weeks after I emailed them they responded saying to send them the part and they will send me a replacement! WTF? Are you guys serious?
Their prices are low so you will be TEMPTED to order from them. Just know that their warranty support is slower than a snail so if you have time to wait then go for it. If you're a normal person - 3 weeks is ridiculous to respond.
Order a turbo and was really skeptic. But I called and the service was outstanding and very helpful. The turbo arrived quicker than expected and exactly as listed. Just wished the washers were a little more description specific. All in all definitely shopping here again.
I purchased the wrong year part, and then the motor on the vehicle blew up. The company was very understanding and allowed me to return the the unit. I will Highly recommend them to anyone else. I personally will use them for any car parts that I may ever need in the future! Thanks
I live in Canada, I ordered some parts and was over charged I called in to rectify that and they transferred me 3 times put me in an endless queue and then finally hung up on.
I called back shortly after being hung up on and asked them to cancel the order, since the order cancelation I have been given miss information and the refund keeps getting delayed.
I have tried to get this resolved through my bank but sadly they cant do anything.
I have called multiple times and was hung up on a majority of the time.
A week later and I am still waiting for the refund.
I had ordered a radiator from a competitor for a lower price they sent me the wrong one. I was searching the web and found BAP. When I was searching their site a message box came up asking me if I was finding everything alright. Well needless to say the rep helped me find the right radiator and placed the order for me. I got my part when they said and im Happy. Thank you BAP. I would certainly recommend you to my friends and family.

I'm the type of purchaser that likes to speak with people. My only complaint is that I spoke to one agent and the service was awesome. My situation required me to call back, and I couldn't reach the same agent and settled for a different agent who seemed more confused about my part.

I live on Guam and so buying parts from an auto shop costs more since they have to order online as well. I'm glad I can order my parts online and receive them quick. They sent me an email to call them and confirm that it was really me who was purchasing the item that is about $600. I thought that was a nice credit card security. I was buying the car parts for my dad and he's happy about what he got. He wants me to order more parts from BuyAutoParts in the future.
Bought a Duralo shock set for my Toyota Tundra. Car is driving much smoother now. No more bouncing along or swaying when I stop. Installed them myself. It was very straightforward. The price was good and the shipping was fast and free. I will come back and use BuyAutoParts.com again. I recommend!
After waiting 3 weeks for Quadratech to finally tell me my crown steering box was on 3 month back order I canceled it and found this company. Ordered it on a Wed it showed up Monday and truck is back on the road with a brand new steering box. Don't waste your time with a rebuilt one from Advanced it was junk!
This was my first time purchasing from Buy Auto Parts and was amaze of what excellent prompt service they have. I ordered a part and wasn't expecting it to be in the original box with the part# on it and on the part. Most companies do not send in this type of packaging anymore. The sales department was extremely helpful and will buy if I need anything in the future. Hoping they will sell more parts for older vehicles. Check them out you won't be disappointed. Initially, I did not know I was purchasing from Buy Auto Parts because I purchased the parts on eBay from Great Auto Parts. The parts for my 2014 Infiniti QX50 AWD Journey was an Air Conditioning Kit that included the Compressor, Condenser, Drier, and Gaskets. The parts were installed by a professional mechanic two days ago. So far so good. My inexpensive purchase seems to be a value. I say "seems" because it has only been two days so Buy Auto Parts should have been patient a little longer before asking me to review their merchandise.
I wasn't go to write a review but since y'all keep sending me emails for a review. I was very unhappy and won't be ordering anymore parts because of customer service. The lady I talked to was uncaring and didn't care that I received the wrong part and wasn't helpful in helping me exchange the part. So I ended up returning the part for a refund which was two weeks ago and still haven't received it yet.
I placed an order on a Monday and the product said "ships tomorrow, Tuesday." Tuesday comes with no shipping confirmation, then Wednesday. I chat with Jayson on the live chat and he says the order is still processing. Thursday and Friday then come, still no shipping confirmation. I call and speak to someone and he says "oh I'm sorry but that product is sold out and it looks like you're not the only one waiting for it." So they took money out of my account for a product that was sold out and didn't send me an email to say it was sold out. Then he says "you'll have to wait 3-5 days for a refund." This is no professional way to conduct a business. You don't just take money from someone's account if you don't have the product in stock. I never even got a confirmation email that I was getting a refund. And then it took 11 days before the refund hit my account. I highly discourage anyone from shopping here.
I had to select a star in order to submit this review however I give "- 0" stars and will not recommend Buy Auto Parts to anyone. Unfortunately for me, my experience with the manager was not as pleasant as I wished. I was fearful of ordering online from a company that I had never had dealings with. To add the part I needed was crucial to feeling safe about driving my car, therefore, I had questions, however, the manager on duty that day was so rude that I and my mate left to hope that the supply we ordered would be what is needed to repair our vehicle. During these times prices are extremely high due to the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic. It is my hope that the manager is a LOT more patient with customers in the future.
