Interesting to read mixed reviews. I ordered a saniplus system over the telephone because I needed next day delivery and the service was spot on. It was so easy to process and as other reviewers have said I received a text saying it had been dispatched and a further text giving me a time slot within an hour. The price was great too. I am now looking to buy a new bathroom suite and have received a quote from them with prices and photos for everything I need. Lets see what happens when I go ahead with the order but so far they have been excellent. Watch this space.
Ordered a Monarch water softener at 4.30 in the afternoon and it was delivered next morning. That's very quick. It was easy to purchase on line because the web site was easily navigated. I am very impressed.

My initial order of a programmable thermostat was delivered promptly, but after several months it developed a fault in its liquid crystal display. I contacted buyaparcel and was offered an immediate replacement with a return number for the faulty item. The replacement was also delivered promptly and an appropriate refund was made to my account. Excellent service.

I ordered a coir mat that I was told it would arrive via 2nd class post in 5 days - it was a month before it finally arrived! I waited for a couple of weeks before ringing customer service who apologised and said there had been a delay. This is fine, but it would have been helpful if someone had preempted my call by informing me of the delay.
Great prices, fast delivery and really good customer service. I questioned my delivery by email and had a reply almost immediately with the answer.
Definitely recommended and it will be the first place I look in the future.

Package not that great! When I bought the first pack of the salt from you, was great, no leaking at all. This time I bought 15bags, every bag with very thin layer package, the sharp salt broke the bags( all of them)! When we moved those heavy bags into the house, salt was everywhere! And we have to use large bin bags to wrap all the salt bags. It's nightmare.
I ordered the poinsettia ball from this company, very efficient but unfortunately when it was delivered the box and contents were damaged, I telephoned and they immediately sent a replacement. Well done on your great customer service. Will recommend.

I would advise people never to use buyaparcel.com - it's a fraudulent cowboy website. The positive reviews on this site must be from the fraudsters themselves.
I ordered something from them over two months ago, but it never arrived. When I initially contacted them to enquire where my order was, they said the delivery company had lost it. I immediately asked for a refund, but after numerous promises, phone calls, e-mails and letters this has not been forthcoming. Believe me, don't trust them..

I will never use this company again. The sales staff and complaint staff are incompetent and don't care. Customer service is non existent. The shower I bought does not work and I had to mend it now I'm told warranty invalid. Would not recommend to my worst enemy keep clear of this web site at all costs.

I had no problems ordering from this site. I phoned as I wanted next-day delivery (at a very reasonable cost), was dealt with politely and efficiently by someone who clearly knew their business. The goods arrived within the hour specified by the delivery company, well packed and undamaged. Highly recommended!

The box that held my shower had been previously open (which is fine) but it wasn't securely sealed when it was delivered and the parts inside were freely moving around. So I requested a refund and the customer service rep Lauren was accommodating and offered to replace any possible part that might have gone missing but I felt more comfortable to just return the whole thing which they accepted and will collect on Monday. A shame because the shower was being sold cheaper than all the other places I found.
There was nowhere to trace, no information available after it had been dispatched and delivery was very slow. Why it took so long is unknown when most places offer next day delivery this took a week. Wouldn't use again
Ordered an item via ebay so first mistake is i have paid up front. They claim the address details i have sent is incorrect and so have sent it to an address which they are unable to confirm. I have been told to wait up to 3 months for the item to be returned to them for them charge me extra cost for delivery.
Please stay away from this company as they already have my money that are being as useful as a chocolate fire guards

If you have any evidence that someone told you to wait up to 3 months for goods to come back following an incorrect address, then I will certainly look into it. The shed came on time with the delivery firm, and was soon put together in the garden. The instruction book must be followed otherwise you will end up with it not fitting together properly. Well worth the money.

Excellent delivery service from this company. Ordered bathroom cabinet last Thursday, arrived following day (and I had used Standard Delivery Service, not next day service). Product was of excellent quality and well packaged for transit. I will certainly buy from this company again. What a delight to have no-hassle on-line shopping from a reliable company!

After having a bad run in with an online retailer over a Saniplus I have now been very cautious with who I buy with. I saw that buyaparcel.com was around one of the cheapest for Saniplus', so I called these guys up and after reading the mixed reviews on here, I was a little apprehensive. However they answered the phone quickly, were very polite and reassured me that my Saniplus would arrive with me on the next day. I received the product from them the very next day and even received a time slot via SMS saying within a hours window of when it would be with me by. I'm not sure what some of the people are talking about on here, but I will certainly be buying with them again and I would highly advise people to do the same. Top notch.

Bought an item that was very poor quality, tried to email to arrange return and refund they didn't respond. Tried calling no answer so my husband also emailed and no reply to him either.
I ordered a parcel for a birthday present over a week ago now. The website said delivery would be Wednesday. However I received an email saying dispatched from the warehouse but that was it no parcel no tracking number. Which means its now to late for the birthday
