Never use BUYAPARCEL. They will take your money but in our case the goods were obviously faulty we can see the fault without opening the parcel. Their response was send us a photograph no suggestion of a refund or replacement, no they talk about a warranty, just goes to show how thick and stupid they are. I have left my complaint with my credit card company to sort out and have also contacted Google as they should monitor such websites. My advice is even if you have to pay extra avoid BUYAPARCEL at all costs.
The item I ordered was a competitive price and quickly delivered. However, I was kept informed of a delivery time and actually saw the delivery van drive past. I had a missed call from him so quickly called him as he was at top of the road. He told me he had delivered my parcel which I hadn't had but he had left it in the porch of a neighbour. I told him it was the wrong house but he refused to go and get it, even though he was only 300 metres away. I ended up going down the lane and getting it myself. My email also said it was signed for, which it wasn't as there was no one at the neighbours house.
After a very lenghty process I finaly got my money back from ebay. Ebay customer service is rubbish. I have sent the evidence of delivery, proof of returning the item 4 times and ebay still closed my case without issuing a refund. And only when I emailed to ebay to say that I will get traiding standards to get involved I have received my money and apology for not checking my emails properly.

I do not have your order information to comment on your specific case but with eBay orders if you use their returns process, they provide the shipping label and eBay, the customer and the seller can all track it's progress. If it is signed for but not processed by the seller within a given time frame the refund happens automatically. I don't know what went wrong here. Perhaps you used your own carrier and we couldn't locate the parcel, or it wasn't sent back with a returns/invoice number? I do not know but we have many returns trained staff who process returns ordinarily within a week. Kind regards, Mike
I have bought shower pump on eBay from Buyaparcel and got delivered on 16. 10. 15. On 31st of October I finally arranged the pump to be installed by my plumber. This is when we realized that plastic cover was broken. However my plumber assured that the cover is not essential; it should not have any affect and it should be working without the cover. Because I was desperate and would have to pay to the plumber even if he would not be installing the pump, I have asked him to proceed with installation. Once the pump was installed and he switched on the pump start spraying water rapidly. He uninstalled it and we have realized that it had a bad crack. Neither I nor my plumber noticed the crack before, probably due to the nature of the product the pressure made it worse. Since I was really desperate I have purchased a new pump right away from my local store and ask the plumber to install (did not want to incur extra costs by asking the plumber to come over again!).
Surely I have emailed to buyaparcel right away notifying about the faulty/ damaged product. After 2 days I have received email asking to make pictures of the pump. I done the pictures. Next day I was asked to provide serial number of the pump. Next day I was advised of their 14 days return policy, which as far as I was aware is for not damaged items. EBay has 30 days return policy. Finally after one week of contacting I was asked to post back the pump. When I refused to do so I was offered collection. On the day of collection I was advised that they are offering the collection service only once. This email was received after the collection van come in through the collection premises address, turn around and left! I have emailed to buyaparcel to let know that I have video proof of the delivery driver never leaving the van; simply coming through the gates and leaving right away (the premises are high security and cameras recording 24/7). The response was that the driver had issues with intercom system and offered to collect the same day after 5pm, clearly knowing of available time being only from 8am to 5pm! Finally it was collected next day. Overall buyaparcel is saying that they need to send the pump to manufacturer for confirming that the pump is faulty. The fact that the pump is faulty was clear from the pictures as obviously it cannot be in working order when the main body of equipment is cracked! I was really lucky that my plumber was not electrocuted!
Anyway, I have opened the case with eBay, since Paypal no longer is dealing with products purchased over eBay. On 13th I can ask eBay to step in.
I will keep updating regarding my refund from buyaparcel. Overall, my advice is to Avoid This Company!

Having bought, and paid for a pair of "rigger boots" on the 19th December 2009, I did not recieve any parcel or contact until I contacted them on the 4th Jan 2010. They then told me the person that i needed to speak to was unavaliable and they would call me back. Many hours passed and no call, I called again, only to be told they would get back to me in five minutes!... then guess what, No call! By this time their opening hours came to a close, so i called back the next morning. This time the person who i had to speak to wasnt due in for another half hour. Three hours passed, no one had called, so i phoned them back- only to be told the item had been discontinued!
In conclusiuon. I found this company nothing but hassle, their manners over the phone were awful and I would never deal with them again.

Hi Tom, I am just following up on old reviews as we have recently become proactive on Sitejabber. I am sorry to hear your issue wasn't dealt with as efficiently as you wanted. Regarding photos, we often do ask for photos but this isn't to make life harder for yourself. Often we can discount the faulty product if it is serviceable but not A1, or we can send a replacement out without having the faulty one back, or we can send parts or simply try and prevent the replacement coming out in the same way. Photos are to help both us the seller and the customer, before we start moving goods around only to work out we could have saved a lot of hassle for everyone.
