My order is superb and fab price, great customer service, but delivery is slow, i will be keeping my orders and would still buy with buyaparcel, the delivery time is slow, so speeding this up would make the process great!

V good it got here fast, and it's a nice knife great for cutting, trimming and slicing, I got it to replace one I lost which had a little blade store in the handle this one hasn't got that it folds up I preferred the old one but it's still pretty nice

This seller cannot be faulted. Not only sending the items in question exceptionally quickly, they were well packaged and customer service when needed was very friendly, knowledgeable and bang on the money.

I ordered the poinsettia ball from this company, very efficient but unfortunately when it was delivered the box and contents were damaged, I telephoned and they immediately sent a replacement. Well done on your great customer service. Will recommend.

I tried this website even after reading the reviews here because the difference in price between these guys and Amazon was huge! Nearly 40% off what is usually the cheapest on the web. Anyway I ordered and within 3 days my goods had arrived just as promised, well wrapped and just as described and seriously cheap! I will use them again if I find another bargain.

I will never use this company again. The sales staff and complaint staff are incompetent and don't care. Customer service is non existent. The shower I bought does not work and I had to mend it now I'm told warranty invalid. Would not recommend to my worst enemy keep clear of this web site at all costs.

I had no problems ordering from this site. I phoned as I wanted next-day delivery (at a very reasonable cost), was dealt with politely and efficiently by someone who clearly knew their business. The goods arrived within the hour specified by the delivery company, well packed and undamaged. Highly recommended!

I bought my Triton shower from Buyaparcel as they were offering it at the cheapest price. I rang to place my order and delivery was made the next morning, I even got a text message telling me when to expect it. All in all an excellent service and I will certainly be using them again.

I purchased a toilet seat that was the wrong size for my toilet. Spoke to Mike on the telephone who was extremely helpful and arranged for a courier to pick it up next day, he also asked our sizes and told the exact product number to input for the correct size when reordering, very good customer service. Very pleased with both punctual delivery and uplift for return.

I have to admit that I'm impressed with the customer service of buyaparcel.com. I bought an item, but changed my mind and was able to return it within 30 days. No hassle, no problems, sent it back and got money refunded to me within 1 day. The postal costs were also refunded, very impressed.

Kevin W's negative review is ridiculous: a quick google search revealed that this site is run by an established department store in Lowestoft and their ebay store has had 86,000 transactions with 99.1% positive feedback. Do your research next time Kevin before libeling a company.
