All was good until delivery, I ordered on a Thursday and paid the extra for next day delivery, which did not happen, it eventually arrived between 3 and 4pm the following Monday.
I ordered a stanley high velocity hammer. Its shows picture of one wanted got sent somthing different. I dont have timr to return it. So im stuck with it

Great product as it keeps the squirrels from getting at the bird seed. I was looking to feed small birds but the squirrels were taking most of the food I was putting out - not anymore
We purchased a retractable hose reel as a present for our son, The Internal box packaging was badly damage in fact it was the incorrect box We contacted this company and explained that the packaging was damaged and that the hose reel could potentially be damaged internally, we were asked to return the hose reel but we would have to pay the postage as this was not covered in there returns policy we explained that we should not have to pay. Owing to the weight and size the costs of postage would be very high, we did not return the hose reel as it looked pretty secure. It turned out was damaged internally. DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!
